Banxia Qu is Pinellia(or Pinellia canned products)and ginger juice,alum,flour and Liushen Qu(or Liushen Qu raw herbs)made by fermentation.Firstly,in this paper,we mainly study the basis of prescription selection of traditional Pinellia ternata,changes of toxicity,irritation,efficacy and material basis after fermentation,clarify the material foundation and mechanism of action of Pinellia ternata,provide reasonable,safe and reliable basis for clinical medication of Pinellia ternate.Secondly,the similarities and differences between purebred and traditional fermentation were explored,which provided a theoretical basis and a foundation for the research of new fermentation technology of Pinellia ternata.Based on the aspects of prescription selection,firstly,the ancient literature was combed and analyzed,and then compared with the modern standards of local preparation.Finally,to find out the connection and difference between different prescriptions of ancient and modern Banxia Qu,three comparatively representative prescriptions were selected from the comparison of toxicity and irritation.The results of sample to ease the earliest prescription of Banxia Qu toxicity of Pinellia tuber and ginger juice after fermentation of the weaker than with alum fermented samples.The prescription of modern Banxia Qu added alum,medicated leaven and flour on the basis of the Qing Dynasty.The addition of these excipients not only can better alleviate the toxicity of Pinellia tuber,but also provide more C and N sources for the fermentation process.Based on the comprehensive toxicity and irritation test results,literature review and market research,the research group finally selected the prescription of Pinellia in the Traditional Chinese medicine prescription preparation as the final research object.The pharmacodynamic studies mainly from the preservation of Pinellia original cough and phlegm efficacy and the newly added digestion stagnation two aspects of research.Cough experiment selected mouse ammonia cough induced cough model and citric acid guinea pig induced cough model,sputum phlegm experiment using mouse phenol red expectorant sputum model and rat expectoration model.The results show that the fermentation of Pinellia really retains the efficacy of cough and phlegm Pinellia.Study on the efficacy of Banxia Qu increased xiaoshi product,intestinal fluid and gastric emptying rate of normal mice and spleen-fed mice were recorded.To determine the changes of gastrointestinal tract hormones and neurotransmitter in mice with spleen deficiency and food accumulation.Results after administration can promote intestinal propulsive rate and gastric emptying rate in mice,while Pinellia can also promote gastrointestinal secretion of gastrin in mice with spleen deficiency and food secretion of gastrin and secretion of neurotransmitter cholinesterase,reduce Nitric oxide secretion,indicating Pinellia fermented stagnant syndrome of the spleen have a certain therapeutic effect.In the material basic research,the chemical system pre-experiment was carried out on Pinellia ternate and the volatile components and fat-soluble components of Pinellia ternate before and after fermentation were detected and analyzed by GC-MS.Results Banxia Qu may contain organic acids,alkaloids,amino acids and proteins and other ingredients,fat-soluble ingredients mainly olefins,alkanes,fatty acids and sterols and other ingredients.The study of purebred fermentation process Firstly,one of the dominant species of bacteria,mold and yeast in Pinellia ternata was selected as the spore suspension for fermentation of Pinellia ternata,and then the fermented sample was compared with the traditional fermentation The samples from the appearance of the traits,the intrinsic composition,efficacy and irritation of several aspects of comparison.As a result,the Banxia Qu fermented with Bacillus subtilis as a bacterial suspension was of better quality.Based on the above experiments and results show that Pinellia has a good cough and phlegm and digestion product efficacy,composition before and after fermentation there is a difference,whether the change with the efficacy needs further study.The quality of the samples fermented by Bacillus subtilis strains in pure fermentation is superior to that of traditional fermentation,and whether thoroughbred fermentation can replace traditional fermentation processes requires more in-depth research.
