Bilateral data according to the results of statistical analysis of(P< 0.01), statistical analysis and comparison between the two groups(P > 0.05), showed no significant statistical significance.Conclusion:PKP holds the single or double side technique can effectively reduce the pain of the patient because of OVCF symptoms, different degrees of restore vertebral bodyfunction, vertebral body height and vertebral convex forming Angle, after unilateral approach group can obviously shorten the operation time and the dosage of the bone cement, both sides of the road, groups of permeability reduction of bone cement, two groups of operation method with optimal length, clinicians can according to the actual situation, choose reasonable operation method.
