Clinical Study On The Difference Of TCM Syndromes In Left And Right Colon Cancer

?Objective?Through the analysis of the TCM syndromes of the left and right colon cancer,to explore the differences of TCM syndromes of the different sex,age,pathological type,differentiation degree,clinical staging,metastasis position and treatment of the left and right colon cancer,and to provide reference for further study on the difference of the colon carcinoma and the more accurate treatment of colon cancer by TCM.?Methods?To select the electronic medical record system of the affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 1,2012 to August1,2017,and to collect the medical records of 282 patients with colon cancer.To collect patients ' age,sex,family history and previous history,tumor origin,metastatic site,pathological classification,clinical staging,Surgical history,history of chemotherapy,four diagnostic data of TCM,and so on,extracted from the deficiency of Qi,dampness,damp heat,blood stasis,Yang deficiency 5 of the disease,according to the difference of left and right colon cancer,Classify the patient's related information.The data obtained were analyzed by statistical software,and the distribution of TCM syndromes of left and right colon cancer was analyzed by using the composition ratio,rate,and card square test.?Result?1.The overall incidence of colon cancer is more in the left half than in the right half;there are more men than women;more middle-aged than young people;no family history of cancer than family history;no history of past history;predisposition to sigmoid colon And ascending colon mainly;pathological type with the most adenocarcinoma;clinical stage IV most patients;differentiation of the most moderately differentiated patients;metastasis site of liver metastasis;2.The young people with left colon cancer have many yang-deficiency.The old people are hot andhumid,with blood stasis,qi deficiency,and yang deficiency.The elderly with right colon cancer are more wet.3.In the left colon cancer,the tubular adenocarcinoma has the most qi deficiency,the papillary carcinoma has the most qi deficiency,the adenocarcinoma has the most qi deficiency,and the mucinous adenocarcinoma has the most blood stasis.In the right colon,the tubular adenocarcinoma,the papillary carcinoma,the adenocarcinoma,and the mucus Adenocarcinoma is the most qi deficiency.4.In phase II patients,there was more qi deficiency in the right colon cancer,and there was more heat and yang deficiency in the left colon cancer.In the phase III patients,there was more qi deficiency in the right colon cancer and more blood in the left colon cancer;in the IV phase patients,right Half of the colon cancer is qi deficiency and yang deficiency,and the left colon cancer is hot and humid,with more blood stasis.5.Patients with left and right colon cancer who underwent surgery and chemotherapy all had qi deficiency syndromes.?Conclusion?1.Differences in the age,pathological type,and clinical stage of left and right half colon cancer exist in the syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine;2.Qi deficiency is a key factor in the pathogenesis of right and left half colon cancer;3.The patients with colon cancer undergoing surgery and chemotherapy have the most qi deficiency syndromes,which reflects the importance of Chinese medicine for righting.
