PurposeTo observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture on cancer-related fatigue in advanced lung cancer patients with concurrent chemoradiotherapy. And analysis its possible cellular immune mechanism in such as T lymphocyte subsets and C-reactive protein.MethodRandomized controlled trials were used in this study. From the beginning of 2016 to the end of 2017,44 patients with lung cancer at stage?to?,met the inclusion criteria, were included in the study. They were divided into two 22-person groups according to the random number table method:acupuncture group(acu group)and conventional symptomatic treatment group(control group).Patients in the control group received conventional symptomatic treatment, routine nursing care and health education.on the basis of the control group, patients in the acu group received needle retaining of acupuncture treatment once a day.The acupuncture points of the study include Guanyuan,Qihai, and Neiguan,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao with both sides. Each acupuncture treatment for 20 minutes, with 2 courses of treatment,5 days each.At the beginning and the end of the study, patients were assessed by RPFS and were drawn blood for the appropriate tests. After this, the patient's data will be imported into SPSS 22.0 for statistical analysis.Results(1)RPFS scores:In the acu group, the score of RPFS and all of the four dimensions was significantly lower than before(P<0.05).After the treatment was completed, the RPFS score and the four dimensions of the acupuncture group were lower than those of the control group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)T lymphocyte subsets:The ratio of CD4~+in acupuncture group was higher than that of before treatment, and NK cells were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).The differences was not significant in T lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05).(3)Serum CRP value:In the acu group, the serum CRP value after acupuncture treatment was not significantly changed(P>0.05).But the control group serum CRP concentration increased slightly than before(P<0.05).(4)the correlation between the indicators and fatigue:Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between the RPFS total score and the change of T lymphocyte subsets(P>0.05),but a positive correlation with serum CRP values(r...
