| Research objective: To observe the acupuncture tonify deficiency group of acupuncture point treatment of cancer for clinical curative effect of fatigue, to seek a safe and effective to solve cancer-related fatigue method of traditional chinese medicine.Research methods: Collect 90 patients with CRF were randomly divided into 3 groups, namely the acupuncture treatment group(group A), Bazhen soup group(group B), support treatment group(group C). Excess or insufficiency of acupuncture treatment group given acupuncture treatment group cave and 1 time a day, every time 30 minutes, to lift plug twisting method and filling method(after much air under the needle and turning Angle is small, hard light, slow frequency, short operating time for filling method; under the needle, first light after deep, heavy plug light, how small, slow frequency, operating time is short for mending method). Support treatment group given western medicine symptomatic treatment. Observe three groups before and after treatment in patients with piper fatigue rating scale, KPS score, blood routine, lymphocytes(white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin) and T cell subsets and NK cells. Establish a database, using SPSS17.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:(1)Acupuncture treatment group(group A)(P=0.001,P<0.05) and Bazhen soup group(group B)(P=0.012,P<0.05) in the treatment of CRF patients, have treatment role in improving patients KPS score, and symptomatic treatment group(group C)(P=0.867,P>0.05), no therapeutic effect. Comparison between groups, acupuncture treatment group(group A) and Bazhen soup group(group B) improve the KPS score differences(P<0.05), acupuncture treatment effect is better.(2) The acupuncture treatment group(group A) in the dimension of the behavior of the patients(P=0.00,P<0.05), sensory dimension(P=0.002,P<0.05), the emotional dimension(P=0.00,P<0.00), the total fatigue fatigue grading(P=0.00,P<0.05), four aspects are lower in patients with cancer-related fatigue scores. Bazhen soup group(group B) in patients with behavioral dimensions(P=0.001, P<0.05), the emotional dimension(P=0.016,P<0.05), sensory dimension(P=0.00,P<0.05) in three aspects has relief and the cognitive dimension(P=0.032, P<0.05) and total fatigue grading(P=0.113, P>0.05), no. Symptomatic treatment group(group C) in the behavior dimension(P=0.035, P<0.05) and emotional dimension(P=0.007, P<0.05) two aspects has improvement and the sensory dimension(P=0.066, P>0.05), cognitive dimension(P=0.523, P>0.05) and total fatigue grading(P=0.318, P>0.05) there were no difference before and after treatment. Comparison between groups: acupuncture treatment group(group A) and Bazhen soup group(group B) in cancer-related fatigue behavior dimension(P=0.04, P<0.05), sensory dimension(P=0.00, P<0.05), the total fatigue grading(P=0.043, P<0.05), with statistical differences. Acupuncture treatment effect is traditional Chinese medicine treatment in behavior dimension, dimension, total feel fatigue rating effect is good.(3) Acupuncture treatment group(group A) and Bazhen soup group(group B), symptomatic treatment group(group C), three methods of treatment all can improve the patients in the routine blood cells(P<0.05), hemoglobin(P<0.05), platelet(P<0.05).The lymphocyte count(P<0.05). Comparison between groups: acupuncture treatment group(group A) with Bazhen soup group(group B) in the patients with elevated lymphocyte(P=0.003, P<0.05), hemoglobin(P=0.015, P<0.05) have differences, acupuncture treatment effect is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine treatment; Bazhen soup group(group B) and symptomatic treatment group(group C) in four aspects to improve the routine blood had no difference(P>0.05); Acupuncture treatment group(group A) with symptomatic treatment group(group C) in improving the lymphocyte(P=0.022, P<0.05) have difference, the effect of acupuncture is better than symptomatic treatment.(4) Acupuncture treatment group(group A) in patients with increased T lymphocyte(P = 0.00,P<0.05), Th cells(P=0.001,P<0.05), NK cells(P=0.003,P<0.05) in three aspects have curative effect. Bazhen soup group(group B) in patients with increased T lymphocyte(P=0.002, P<0.05) and NK cells(P=0.019, P< 0.05) with curative effect. Symptomatic treatment group(group C) on Tymphocyte, Ts, Th cells, CD4 + / CD8 + and NK cells in these aspects are no therapeutic effect(P>0.05). Comparison between groups: acupuncture treatment group(group A) in improving the lymphocyte number effect is superior to the Bazhen soup group(group B)(P=0.007,P<0.05). Acupuncture treatment group(group A) in improving the lymphocyte count is better than symptomatic treatment group(group C)(P=0.003,P<0.05). Bazhen soup group(group B) and symptomatic treatment group(group C) no statistical difference.Conclusion:(1) Acupuncture tonify deficiency group holes can improve cancer-related Fatigue patie nts KPS score, curative effect is slightly better than Bazhen soup.(2) Excess or insufficiency of acupuncture group holes in behavioral dimensions, emotional dimension, dimension, total feel fatigue rating four aspects to improve patients with cancer-related fatigue, traditional Chinese medicine Bazhen soup can on behavior dimension, emotional dimension, dimension, total feel fatigue rating four aspects to improve patients with cancer-related fatigue. Group comparison between acupuncture treatment both in behavior dimension, sensory dimension curative effect is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine Bazhen soup.
