Objective 1.To investigate the changes and its clinical significance of serum ferritin(SF),hepcidin(Hep)and its possible significance in elderly patients with essential hypertension(EH).2.To explore the expression of serum ferritin(SF)and serum hepcidin(Hep)in senile essential hypertension(SEH)patients combined with osteoporosis(OP).Methods From October 2015 to February 2017,the first affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University Medical College and Shihezi Oasis Hospital had 410 cases with age greater than 65 years old,Of which 255 cases of senile primary hypertension were treated as SEH group.155 cases of senile patients with non-hypertension who underwent physical examination,in the same period were treated as control group. And the history, clinical manifestation and signs of the selected subjects were collected.255 patients with SEH were divided into three groups according to the results of dual-energy X-ray bone density. For OP group 83 cases, bone mass reduction group 91 cases, bone mass normal group 81 cases, using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)method to detect all patients serum SF,Hep,compare SEH Group and control group SF.Hep and related factors change and significance Analysis the relationship between SF,Hep and BMD in SEH patients.Results1.The comparison between the elderly hypertensive group and the control group was statistically significant(p<0.05)between the two groups of diencephalon infarction, osteoporosis and homocysteine.SEH group SF(124.752±54.739)ng/ml,control group SF(108.380±57.043)ng/ml,the difference was statistically significant(t=-3.466,p<0.05).SEH group Hep(96.378±36.828)ng/ml,Control group Hep(83.250±37.771)ng/ml,SEH group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=-2.890p<0.05).2.The correlation analysis of SF,Hep and other indexes showed that SF was positively correlated with body mass index(BMI),homocysteine(p<0.05),hep with mean systolic pressure(p<0.05),and Hep and SF were negatively correlated(p<0.05).3.The logistic regression analysis of SEH influencing factors showed that homocysteine(OR value =1.163),SF(OR value =1.006),Hep(OR value =1.015)were the SEH risk factors(p<0.05).4.SEH patients with normal bone mass, bone mass reduction group,OP group comparison.Compared with normal bone mass group, the SF in bone mass reduction group and op group was higher than that in the normal group of bone mass(p<0.05),and the SF in OP group was higher than that in the reduction group, the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Compared with the normal group of bone mass, the Hep in the bone mass reduction group and the OP group were lower than that in the normal group of bone mass(p<0.05),and the Hep in the OP group was lower than that in the bone mass reduction Group, the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).5.Correlation analysis of femoral neck BMD and other indexes in SEH patients showed that BMD waspositively correlated with alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and Hep(p<0.05),and BMD was negatively correlated with SF(p<0.05).Conclusion1.In patients with SEH,the expression of SF and Hep increased, which is a risk factor for SEH,suggesting that SF and Hep levels may play an important role in the development of hypertension.2.In SEH patients with osteoporosis,SF,Hep level is closely related to OP,monitoring SF,Hep,help guide SEH combined with the prevention and treatment of OP patients.
