ObjectiveThis study was to quantitatively detect the expression of serum ATG-7 in patients with acute myocardial infarction and in subjects with non-myocardial infarction,and to compare the difference of serum ATG-7 of subjects in two groups.To analyze the correlation between serum ATG-7 and clinical parameters Philips HD11 XE color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic apparatus was used to diagnose the left ventricular end diastolic diameter and left ventricular ejection fraction by Doppler echocardiography.In patients with acute myocardial infarction and explore the clinical value of serum ATG-7 in patients with acute myocardial infarction,and to investigate the relationship between serum ATG-7 protein expression and left ventricular end diastolic diameter and left ventricular ejection fraction in patients with acute myocardial infarction.MethodsA total of 50 patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent hospitalization to receive treatment from December 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled in as Experimental Group this study.A total of 50 subjects with non-myocardial infarction who took healthy examination in the Health Examination Center of Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University Medical College were enrolled as Control Group in this study.Baseline data collection of all selected patients included name,sex,age,onset time,smoking history,family history,blood routine,blood clotting,blood glucose,blood glucose,liver and kidney work,electrocardiogram,and coronary angiography.All selected patients underwent coronary angiography under radial artery or femoral artery path under D SA local anesthesia,and PCI was performed according to the results of coronary angiography.Fast venous blood samples were taken to detect ATG-7 in all patients before coronary angiography.Cardiac Doppler ultrasonography using a Philips HD11 XE color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic apparatus were underwent in all subjects.Left ventricular end diastolic diameter and left ventricular ejection fraction were measured.Measure 3 times,take the average.The measurement data were expressed by mean number standard deviation(x±s).T test was used to compare the inter group measurement data that conformed to normal distribution and variance homogeneity,and the nonparametric test was not conformed to the normal distribution and/or the homogeneity of variance.Counting data were expressed by percentage(%),and the count data between groups were tested by x2.Correlation analysis was performed by Pearson linear correlation analysis(r).The difference has statistical significance by means of P < 0.05.Result(1)The gender,age,body mass index,history of hypertension and history of diabetes were not significantly different in both two groups(P> 0.05),but the proportion of dyslipidemia in Experimental Group was significantly higher than that in Control Group(P<0.05).Levels of serum ATG-7 and LVEDD in were significantly higher than those in Control Group(P <0.05),the Level of LVEF in Experimental Group was significantly lower than that in Control Group(P <0.05).(2)Levels of serum ATG-7,LVEDD and LVEF were not significantly different in STEMI patients and NSTEMI patients(P> 0.05).(3)Levels of Serum ATG-7,LVEDD and LVEF were significantly different in patients with different Killip grades in statistic(P <0.05).Level of serum ATG-7 was significantly increased with increased Killip classification(P <0.05),level of LVEDD was significantly increased with increased Killip classification(P <0.05),LVEF decreased significantly as the NYHA grading increased(P < 0.05).(4)Correlation analysis showed that level of serum ATG-7 was positively correlated to LVEDD(P <0.05),and negatively correlated to LVEF(P <0.05).Conclusion(1)The results showed that serum ATG-7 protein level in patients with acute myocardial infarction increased significantly compared with healthy subjects,indicating that ATG-7 protein is a potential marker for clinical diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.However,there was no significant difference in the expression of ATG-7 protein between STEMI and NSTEMI patients,indicating that the ATG-7 protein in the patient's serum could not be used to distinguish between STEMI and NSTEMI.(2)The level of ATG-7 in patients with acute myocardial infarction were significantly different with different cardiac functional grading.With the increased cardiac functional of Killip classification,the level of serum ATG-7 increased accordingly.It is suggested that ATG-7 protein is a potential protein marker for differentiating Killip grading.(3)The level of serum ATG-7 was positively correlated with LVEDD,but negatively correlated with LVEF in patients with acute myocardial infarction.
