Objective To study the general situation of patients with alcoholic liver disease(ALD),disease history, body mass Index(BMI),lifestyle(smoking, alcohol consumption, exercise),energy and nutritional intake, and dietary nutrient intake levels, dietary diversity surveys to provide reasonable advice and dietary intervention programs. Methods 120 patients with ALD were selected as subjects and 24-hour dietary review was used to investigate the dietary status within 24 hours. The Dietary Diversity Score(DDS)was used to evaluate the dietary diversity of patients and the dietary nutrient intake was evaluated using nutrient intake ratio(NAR).In addition, the self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the general situation, disease history, life habit and regularity of ALD patients.42 patients were randomly selected for laboratory examination to detect serum liver function index and inflammatory factors.Results:1.Among the 120 patients, the 50-59 age group was the most, accounted for 41.7%,100%of the patients were Han,the family per capita monthly income in 1000 yuan accounted for 97.3%,the education level is: high school and the following degree is up to 80%;marital status,91.7% is married.2.Some patients had alcoholic liver disease combined with other diseases, combined with diabetes accounted for 3.3%(4/120),combined with hypertension accounted for 15%(18/120),and 1.7% had a family history of liver disease.3.The BMI(Body mass index)of 120 subjects was 19.7~29.4,and the overweight were24~27.99 of the overweight people accounted for 46.7%.4.In terms of energy and nutrition intake, some ALD patients have more dietary energy than recommended intakes, and the ratio of three large capacity nutrients is unreasonable, the proportion of fat in the patients is higher, and the proportion of carbohydrate and protein is too low.5.Dietary nutrients intake, dietary vitamin A,vitamin B1,vitamin B2,vitamin C,calcium, zinc intake is insufficient,NAR respectively is 0.45,0.62,0.53,0.63,0.36,0.73,vitamin E,iron, selenium intake is too high,NAR respectively is 1.59,1.32,1.29.6.For diversification of diets,36.7% had a DDS score of ?6,a high proportion of cereals and oils were 100%;followed by vegetables and livestock meat, which were 96.7% and91.6% respectively.Fish and shrimps and eggs reached 63.3% and 41.6%,respectively;fruits,beans,and dairy foods had a low proportion of 8.3% to 30%.7.93.3% of ALD patients had been drinking for more than 5 years;51.7% of patients had a habit of drinking alcohol each day;100% of patients consumed more than 100 g per drink;85% of patients consumed Liquor;86.7% of patients drink alcohol 40%-60%.Smokers in ALD accounted for 51.7%(62/120).55% of ALD patients hardly participatedin physical training, and only 1.7% of them were able to participate in physical exercise regularly(three times per week or more).40% of patients had sleep disturbances and 33%patients own had sleep <7 hours.8.With the intensification of liver function damage, increased drinking history and alcohol consumption, serum ALT,AST and GGT activity, plasma TNF-? and IL-6 levels in patients with alcoholic liver disease were different degrees. Conclusion: ALD patients with other metabolic diseases, there are some unhealthy diet and lifestyle habits, three major energy nutrients intake is not reasonable, diet structure is relatively single,a variety of nutrients intake level is uneven. With the increase of alcohol consumption and drinking history, the serum liver function index and inflammatory factor have an aggravating tendency.
