Objective:This article mainly investigated the role and clinical significance of Nanog and Snail in the occurrence,development,invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer,so as to provide new thoughts and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer.Methods:From January 4,2015 to January 4,2016,a total of 100 cervix wax specimens were collected from Affiliated Hospital of Qiingdao University,all of which were confirmed by pathology.Among them,there are 60 cases of squamous carcinoma of cervix,20 cases of CIN and 20 cases of normal cervix.The expression of Nanog and Snail in 60 cases of cervical cancer,20 cases of CINⅡ~Ⅲand 20 cases of normal cervical tissues were detected by immunohistochemical staining.The data were analyzed by chi square test and Spearman rank correlation analysis.The relationship between the clinical characteristics of patients and Nanog and Snail as well as the correlation between Nanog and Snail were studied.Results:1 The positive expression rates of Nanog in normal cervical tissues,CINII-III,cervical cancer tissues were 10%,70%,91.7%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of Nanog increased gradually in patients with poorly differentiated.But there is no significant relationship between the positive expression rates of Nanog and clinical stages and lymph node metastasis status in cervical cancer.2 The positive expression rates of Snail in normal cervical tissues,CINII-III,cervical cancer tissues were 15%,75%,86.7%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In cancer group,the positive expression rates of Snail protein increased gradually in patients with poorly differentiated.But there is no significant relationship between the positive expression rates of Snail and clinical stages and lymph node metastasis status in cervical cancer.3 In cervical cancer tissue,the relationship of Nanog and Snail was positive correlated with Spearman correlation coefficient(r = 0.591,P<0.001).Conclusion:1.In cervical cancer tissue,the expression of Nanog and Snail shows an excessive state.2.The high expression of Nanog and Snail in cervical cancer tissues is closely related to the pathological grade,but there is no association with the clinical stage and lymph node metastasis.3.There is a positive correlation between the expression of Nanog and Snail in cervical cancer.
