A Study Of The Effects Of Team Rehabilitation Model On Patients With Post-stroke Depression

Objective: Stroke is a disease with high morbidity,high mortality,high disability,high recurrence rate and many complications.It is the leading killer of disability and death in today's society.Post stroke depression is a high incidence of stroke patients in the process of rehabilitation,with both mental and physical disorders.In recent years,with the increase of the aging population and chronic diseases,the incidence of post-stroke depression is increasing year by year,It not only seriously reduces their subjective well-being and quality of life,but also brings heavy financial burden to families and society,which is a serious public health problem that can not be ignored.Therefore,To investigate the rehabilitation effects of team rehabilitation model on patients with post-stroke depression are particularly important.Methods:Based on quasi-experiment research method,the 78 patients with post-stroke depression,hospitalized with the inclusion criteria,were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the department ward,with 40 cases in the experimental group and 38 in the control group.Both groups were given routine treatment and care in neurology,meanwhile the experimental group were given an extra one-month team rehabilitation intervention.Before and after intervention,depression self rating scale(SDS),24 items of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),pap index scale and HAMD deducted rate were used to evaluate and compare depression,self-care daily living ability and the clinical curative effect on the two groups.Results:1.The SDS,HAMD,ADL scores of the experimental group and control group were compared before and after the intervention.The results show that the rating of all after intervention have different degrees of change and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).It means that two kinds of treatments have effects on the improvement of depression and self-care daily living ability of the patients with post-stroke depression.2.The decrease of SDS and HAMD scores of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the improvement ofADL score was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It is shown that the team rehabilitation intervention model has a more significant effect on the improvement of depression and self-care daily living ability in patients with post-stroke than a single rehabilitation intervention model.3.With the HAMD score-reducing rate to assess the clinical curative effect,the total effective rate of experimental group patients was 92.50% while the total effective rate of control group was 55.26%.Also,the curative effects of two groups were tested with rank sum test,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01),suggesting the curative effect of the experimental group is better than the control group.Conclusion:The team rehabilitation model can improve the depression and self-care daily living ability of patients with post-stroke depression,and have a good clinical effect on the patients' rehabilitation.So its application is worth further promoting.
