| As the main body of public welfare, basic medical treatment and alleviating the people’s medical difficulties, public hospitals have long played the leading role in the Chinese medical service system. However,in the new period of medical reform, the public hospitals are faced with many challenges, such as open market competition, national input compression, and diversification of personnel management.Hospital managers tend to be in a dilemma, the reason for which,or because they do not have a precise positioning of themselves, one side pursuit of the individual’s independence,or fail to grasp the policy, market trends, and rely on the low level of competitive cooperation to establish advantages.Based on this situation, this paper constructs the ecological niche model of public hospitals by using niche theory, analyzes the status of public hospitals in the medical market ecosystem by using niche theory, and provides a new competitive strategy for the development of public hospitals in the transition period. This article is divided into five parts: the 1.introduction,briefly expounds the research background, and puts forward the significance of applying the theory of niche correlation to the competition of modern hospitals, and gives a brief description of the present situation, the ideas and methods of the research.2.theoretical research, briefly introduce the content of hospital niche theory.3.describe the current medical ecosystem, analyze the disadvantage factors of public hospitals, and put forward the strategy of "implementing competition on suitable niche".4.the competitive strategy of public hospitals is to locate the location of hospitals in the local medical ecosystem from niche breadth and overlap degree, and introduce several niche competition strategies.5.empirical analysis. We hope that through empirical analysis of niche theory,we will have a good guiding role for public hospitals to develop competitive strategies. |
