PART ONE:CORRELATION BETWEEN THE RISK FACTORS AND EARLY NEUROLOGICAL DETERIORATION IN ACUTE INTRACEREBRAL HEMORRHAGEObjective To study the correlation between the risk factors of acute intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH)and early neurological deterioration(END).Methods 82 cases of acute ICH patients from January 2016 to March 2017 in neurology of the first affiliated hospital of CQMU were continuously selected and divided into END positive group(n=16)and END negative group(n=66).The clinical data in two groups of patients were statistical calculated.Univariable and multivariate logistic regression analyses were used to assess the END and the risk factors of acute ICH.Results 16(19.5%)of 82 patients with acute ICH in group had END.The data in END positive group, which including blood pressure,NIHSS score GCS score, pulmonary infection, glucose and initial hematoma volume, had statistical difference from that in the negative group(P<0.05).The univariable and multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that both initial hematoma volume(OR=1.11,95%CI:1.02-1.20,P=0.010)and pulmonary infection(OR=21.10,95%CI:1.21-367.87,P=0.037)in ICH were independent predictors of END.PART TWO:CORRELATION BETWEEN EARLY NEUROLOGICAL DETERIORATION AND POOR FUNCTION OUTCOME IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE INTRACEREBRAL HEMORRHAGEObjective To study the correlation between early neurological deterioration(END)and poor function outcome in patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH).Methods 82 cases of acute ICH patients from January 2016 to March 2017 in neurology were selected and divided into poor function outcome group(n=26)and good function outcome group(n=56)according to the 90-day Modified Rankin Scale(mRS).The clinical data and END in two groups of patients were statistical calculated.Univariable and multivariate logistic regression analyses were used to assess the END and poor function outcome. Results 16(19.5%)of 82 patients with acute ICH in group had END,and 26(31.7%)of them in group had poor function outcome. The incidence of END in poor function outcome group was 53.8%,which had statistical difference that in the good function outcome group(P<0.05).The multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that both END(OR=25.57,95%CI:1.53-427.39,P=0.024)and blood glucose(OR=2.11,95%CI:1.13-3.91,P=0.018)were the independent risk factors of poor function outcome. Conclusion The END in patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage is associated with poor function outcome.
