Acute Coronary Syndrome includes UA?NSTEMI and STEMI.Antithrombotic therapy, which is a crucial part of therapy of ACS,includes antiplatelet therapy and anticoagulant therapy. However, antiplatelet therapy combined with anticoagulant therapy increased bleeding risk, leading to the decline of clinical net benefit. So,weighting the risk of embolism and bleeding can further improve the prognosis of ACS.This article means to review the progress in strategy of PCI perioperative anticoagulant therapy in patient with ACS.
