Objective:To investigate the factors influencing intestinal functio n recovery after operation in neonates with congenital intestinal malro tation. Methods:The clinical data collected from January 2012 to Janua ry 2017,142 cases in our department underwent operation of intestin al malrotation in neonates. The factors that might influence the recov ery of intestinal function after operation were analyzed retrospectively. Results:Maternal age, hematochezia, pneumonia, hypoproteinemi a,rotation degree are unrelated to the recovery of intestinal function(P>0.05).Gestational age, birth weight, peitonitis sign, with digestive tract malformation, combined surgery, the proximal diameter of duode num are positively associated with the time of achieve full enteral nu trition(P<0.05).Stepwise regression analysis showed that birth weight, peitonitis sign, combined surgery, the proximal diameter of duodenu m fitted into a linear model(P<0.05).Conclusion:Birth weight, peitonitis sign, combined surgery, the proximal diameter of duodenum are important factors affecting the re covery of intestinal function in neonates with intestinal malrotation.
