The application of hepatitis B vaccine combined with hepatitis B immunoglobulin(HBIG)still cannot completely blocking mother-to-child transmission of hepatitis B.At present,there are more and more studies on the application of nucleoside and nucleotide anologues to improve the effect of mother-to-child transmission blocking.This article reviews the strategies for antiviral therapy with nucleoside and nucleotide anologues for pregnant women with a high HBV DNA load,the success rate of interruption of mother-to-child transmission,safety in mothers and infants,the time for drug administration and withdrawal issues. |
