Objective:To observe the effect of different dosages of oxycodone and sufentanil applied with laryngeal mask under total intravenous anesthesia?TIVA?in elderly undergoing Photoselective green-light laser vaporization prostate.Methords:A total of 45 elderly with Photoselective green-light laser vaporization prostate under TIVA,6585 years old,ASA II,were randomly divided into three groups?n=15?:group sufentanil?S?,group oxycodone 1?O1?,group oxycodone 2?O2?.The induction of group S patients by sufentanil0.15ug/kg,group O1 oxycodone 0.15mg/kg,group O2 oxycodone 0.2mg/kg.Drugs at the period of induction and maintenance were the same in three groups, later then placed laryngeal mask. And the data of mean arterial pressure?MAP?,heartrate?HR?,temperaure?Temp?,partial pressure of CO2 in endexpiratory gas(PETT CO2)were recorded at base line T0,induction completed T1,laryngeal mask placed 30 seconds?T2?,operation started?T3?,operation finished?T4?,laryngeal mask pulled out?T5?.The recovery time, dosages of propofol and remifentanil, the visual analogue scale?VAS?and adverse reactions were also recorded. Results:The value of group O2 MAP were significantly decreased compared with group S and group O1 at T1?P<0.05?among groups,Three groups at T1,T4 were significantly decreased compared with T0?P<0.05?.HR in three groups:time T1T5 were significantly decreased compared with T0?P<0.05?.The dosages of propofol of group O2 were significantly decreased compared with group S and group O1?P<0.05?.The recovery time of group O2 was significantly increased than group S and group O1?P<0.05?.The VAS of group O1 and group O2 were significantly decreased than group S?P<0.05?at T7,T8 among groups, the score of T7,T8 were significantly increased than T6?P<0.05?in three groups. Conclusion:Oxycodone 0.15mg/kg and Sufentanil 0.15ug/kg were all safely applied to the elderly patients with Photoselective green-light laser vaporization prostate.Oxycodone 0.2mg/kg group had unstable hemodynamic and a longer recovery time than other groups. Both Oxycodone groups had better effect of post operative analgesia than Sufentanil 0.15ug/kg group.
