Objective: To explore the application value of transumbilical laparoendoscopic single-site surgery in the treatment of benign gynecologic diseases, and provide a supplement for the surgical treatment of benign gynecologic diseases.Method:A prospective study of 30 patients with transumbilical laparoendoscopic single-site surgery and 30 patients with the same type of conventional laparoscopic surgery during the same period in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University and No.731 Hospital of CASIC from November 2016 to January 2018.The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, transfer rate, postoperative exhaust time, pain, length of hospital stay, complications, etc.were compared between the two groups.Rresults:All the procedures were performed successfully in the both groups. There were no significant diferences in the intraoperative blood loss, transfer rate, postoperative exhaust time, complications and the length of hospital stay etc.The mean operation time of the transumbilical laparoendoscopic single-site surgery group(111.00±54.90 min)was significantly longer than that of conventional group(79.67±42.45 min P<0.05).The postoperative pain score were signifcantly improved in the transumbilical laparoendoscopic single-site surgery group(2.0±0.98)than those in the conventional group(2.6±0.92,P<0.05).The incision of transumbilical laparoendoscopic single-site surgery group was less than the traditional laparoscopic group and was hidden in the umbilicus with better cosmetic effects. Conclusion:Transumbilical laparoendoscopic single-site surgery as a kind ofminimally invasive surgery, has a clear cosmetic effect, and can reduce postoperative pain.Transumbilical laparoendoscopic single-site surgery needs to be further mastered and can be used as a safe and feasible surgical method for the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological benign diseases.
