Objective: To investigate the relationship betwteen serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D(25(OH)D)and non-alcoholic fatty liver(NAFLD)in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods: Select the first endocrine department hospitalized patient in China Medical University Shenjing Hospital from April to June 2017 as the research subjects. There were 169 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD group)and 94 patients with simple type 2diabetes mellitus, electrochemiluminescence determination serum 25 hydroxy vitamin D levels.Detection body mass index(BMI),waist circumference(WC),blood pressure(BP),fasting blood sugar(FPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),alanine aminotransferase(AST),?-glutamyl transferase(GGT),cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1),apolipoprotein B(ApoB),total bilirubin(TBil),lactate dehydrogenase isoenzymes(LDH)and other clinical indicators,t test was used to compare the difference between the two groups of measured indicators,Pearson correlation analysis of the relationship between serum 25 hydroxy vitamin D and various labor indexes,Logistic regression analysis non-alcoholic fatty liver risk factors. Results: The levels of ALT,AST,BMI,FPG,LDH5,WC,TC,TG,HbA1 c and ApoB in NAFLD group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was significant difference between 25(OH)D and creatinine(r = 0.132,P <0.05),uric acid(r = 0.142,P <-0.231,P <0.01),bilirubin(r = 0.239,P <0.01)and apolipoprotein A1(r = 0.142,P <0.05).Logisticregression analysis showed that25-hydroxyvitamin D,HDL-C were non-alcoholic fatty liver protection factor ALT,AST,BMI,LDH5,TG,FPG,HbA1 c and ApoB were the independent risk factors of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Conclusion: Serum low vitamin D levels in type 2 diabetic patients are associated with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
