Objective: Analysis of clinical feature and etiology in aspiration pneumonia and to provide basis for rational drug use in clinic.Methods: The clinical data of 247 inpatients with aspiration pneumonia admitted from Department of Respiratory,Shengjing Hospital,China Medical University from January2015 to November 2017 were collected,their clinical characteristics and distribution of pathogens were collected and analyzed.Results: Most patients with aspiration pneumonia were elderly.There were more underlying diseases and predisposing factors,and atypical clinical symptoms were more common.Of the 247 patients,119 were etiologically positive,with a positive rate of48.19%.A total of 109(72.19%)Gram-negative bacilli,9(5.96%)Gram-positive cocci and 33(21.85%)strains of fungus.High rate of bacterial resistance.Acinetobacter baumannii and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was high.Conclusion: Antibiotics should be rationally used according to their etiological characteristics,and active prevention of aspiration pneumonia in elderly patients should be taken.
