Objective:The paper was aimed at investigating the formation of bacterial pathogens and the clinical characteristics of the patients suffering from community-acquired pneumonia, then providing a theoretical basis for the initial treatment of clinical medicine, so that antibiotics will be used timely, accurately and reasonably. I believe that the study will take effect on saving the patient’s life, improvig the treatment effect, shortening the hospital stay and saving the medical resources. Methods:By testing blood, sputum and urine from 120 cases of inpatients who were diagnosed as febrile respiratory syndrome from October,2014 to September,2015 in Fuyang NO.2 people’sHospital, and collecting the patient’s basic information, we can use sputum culture, blood culture, urine antigen test to perform pathogen detecti-on.Pathogens which was tested includeStreptococcusPneumoniae(SP), Staphylococ-cusaureus(SA), Klebsiella pneumoniae(KP),Pseudomo-nasaeruginosae(PA),P-hemo-lytic streptococcus (β-HA), Heamophilusinfluenzae(HI), Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP), Chlamy-dia pneumoniae (CT), Legionella pneumophla(LP).We can analyze pathogen spectrum andclinical characteristics from clinical manifestations, laboratory examinations, age, gender, season, and whether the patient have suffered COPD.Result:The youngest age of tested patients is 2 years old, the oldest is 84 ye ars old, and the average age is 57.98 years old, Among these patients, most ar e elderly male. The main clinical manifestations of febrile respiratory symptom s are fever, cough, and sputum. Positiverates are 90.0%、86.7%、80、8%.Const itutional symptom is also in common. The positive rate of these 120 cases wa s 43.3%, in which SP accounts for 15.8%, SA accounts for 0.8%, KP accounts for 5%,PA accounts for 7.5%, and CP accounts for 9.2%.A group streptococci, chlamydia pneumoniae, and legionella pneumophila are not tested. There are 5 cases are mixed infections, and themixd infection rate 4.2%. Themixedinfectio n of pseudomonas aeruginosa and Streptococcuspneumonia accounts for 3 cases. Themixedinfection of pseudomonas aeruginosa and mycoplasmapneumonia acco unts for 1 case, and so does streptococcus pneumoniae and klebsiella pneumoni a. All of the 120 patients were diagnosed with community-acquired pneumonia, among which 75 patients are community-acquired pneumonia, whose positive r ate of Pathogen infection is 38.7%,andtwo patients are mixed infection, whose mixed infection rate was 2.7%. Besides, there are 45 patients were diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, their positive rate of pathogen infe ction is 48.9%, and three patients are mixed infection, their mixed infection rat e is 6.7%.Conclusion:In Fuyang, the first three pathogens of community-acquired pneumo niawere SP,HI and MP, and mixed infections are more in common. There are d ifferences in pathogen spectrum for community-acquired pneumonia and the COP D with community-acquired pneumonia.
