Objective: To investigate the positive rate of serum anti-endomysium antibodies(EMA),anti-gliadin antibodies(GAF)and HLA gene in children with suspected celiac disease(CD),and to provide guidance for the further improvement of relevant detection to clarify the diagnosis of celiac disease. Methods: 45 patients with suspected celiac disease and 50 as healthy control group in Shengjing Hospital were recruited from July 2017 to February 2018.Their clinical history and general information were collected.Serologically,Ig G subtype of EMA and GAF was determined by indirect immunofluorescence assay(IFA).The HLA gene was detected by genetic chip. The data was analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software. Results: In the classical symptom group,2 cases showed IgG-EMA(1 case of anorexia, weight loss and 1 case of diarrhea)and 2 cases showed Ig G-GAF(1 case of oral ulcer and 1 case of chronic diarrhea),children didn't show 2 antibodies at the same time.In the type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM)group,only 1 case showed Ig G-EMA whose clinical symptom was weight loss. There was also 1 case of Ig G-GAF in control group. The positive rate of HLA-DQ2.2,HLA-DQ2.5 and HLA-DQ8 in this study were 9.38%,7.37% and 9.38%.In classical symptom group,HLA gene was positive in 4 cases, including 1 case of HLA-DQ2.2 and HLA-DQ8.In T1 DM group, there were 9 positive cases, including 4 cases of HLA-DQ2.5 and HLA-DQ8 and 1 case of HLA-DQ2.2 and HLA-DQ8.In control group,HLA gene was positive in 5 cases,of which 1 case was positive for HLA-DQ2.2 and HLA-DQ2.5.Conclusion:The higher incidence of classical symptom group clinical symptoms were vomiting, diarrhea and chronic abdominal pain. The highest incidence rate of T1 DM was anorexia and weight loss. There was statistical difference between groups in BMI values,of which classical symptom and T1 DM were lower than those of the healthy control group. There was no significant difference among the three groups about Ig G-EMA and Ig G-GAF in this study.Children in control group could also carry HLA gene, but the positive rate of HLA gene was significantly higher in T1 DM group.According to the results of gene, antibody and clinical symptoms,it provides guidance for follow-up and treatment of children with high risk of CD.
