Objective:To observe and investigate the effects of compound Qingdai Granules on ulcerative colitis(UC)on expression of AQP4 in rat colon tissue and explore the treatment mechanism of UC.Method: Experiment grouping: the use of male SD rats(250 + 20 g)42,including were randomly divided into 6 groups: control group, model group,salad(5-ASA)Qin beauty treatment group,Qingdai granule low(600 mg/ kg),middle(900 mg/ kg)and high(1200 mg/ kg)dose treatment group.Experimental method: the rat UC model was prepared by 2-4-6 three nitrobenzene sulfonic acid(TNBS)method. After third days, the rats were administrated continuously for 10 days. After fourteenth days of experiment,UC rats were sacrificed and colonic tissue was taken and stored in-80 cryogenic freezer.Index detection method: Western Blotting immunoblotting was accustomed to testt the expression level of AQP4 in the colon tissue of UC rats.Result: Compared with the model group, the expression level of higher dose group and high dose group of compound Qingdai Granule on AQP4(p<0.05),and the expression level increased with dose. There was no significant difference between the expression of AQP4 and 5-ASA(p>0.05).Conclusion:Compound Qingdai particles may be through increasing the expression of AQP4,to achieve the treatment of diarrhea on UC rat model of ulcerative colitis, and with the increase of dose, the expression of AQP4 increased.
