Objective To investigate the clinical value of retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy in the treatment of renal tumors and the therapeutic safety.Method122 patients with renal tumors who were treated from January 2015 to December2017 were included in this study. The clinical data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,96 patients underwent laparoscopic partial nephrectomy,They were included in the study group. The remaining 26 patients underwent open partial nephrectomy and were included in the control group. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, renal pedicle block time and postoperative activity time were compared between the two groups. The levels of creatinine and Hb in the two groups were compared between groups before and after operation. The visual analogue pain scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the pain of the two groups at different times after operation.Follow-up between the two groups of patients for recurrence, survival and tumor-specific survival. The results of the comprehensive study were analyzed on the value of retroperitoneal nephrectomy for the treatment of renal tumors. The data obtained from the subject were tested with SPSS19.0.Results(1)There was significant difference between the two groups in the data of operation time, intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time(p <0.05).The study group's postoperative activity time was shorter than that of the control group, and the data were quite different. The results were statistically significant(p <0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in Hb and creatinine between the two groups at preoperative and postoperative time, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(p> 0.05).(3)There was significant difference between the two groups in VAS score at 1 day and 1 week after surgery(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference in theincidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(p> 0.05).(4)Three-year follow-up observations were performed on the two groups of patients. The survey results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in recurrence rate and survival rate between the two groups(p>0.05).Tumor-specific survival rates were 100% in both groups. Conclusion laparoscopic partial nephrectomy can promote the recovery of patients, shorten the patient's activity time on the ground,at the same time the patient's postoperative pain perceptions were greatly reduced,no serious complications.Compared with open surgery, there was no significant difference in recurrence rate, survival rate, and tumor-specific survival rate within a short time after surgery. It is a safe and effective surgical approach that can be used as the main consideration of clinical treatment of renal tumors.
