Study On The Health Seeking Behavior Of Diabetic Patients In Shandong Province

Objective:Diabetes is a chronic disease.It has a high incidence in China and needs a long-term medical treatment.However,the allocation of medical and health resources in our country is not balanced.In order to ensure reasonable medical treatment for diabetic patients,make full use of limited health resources and promote the construction of equity in health services,the behavior of diabetes patients has attracted widespread attention from scholars both at home and abroad and become the current research hot spot.the province is a high populous province,the high incidence of diabetes.In order to explore the characteristics and influencing factors of medical behavior of diabetic patients in a province,in this study,a province of diabetic patients as the research object,understand the medical illness behavior characteristics and patients with diabetes in the region of diabetes,diabetes treatment costs and the utilization of health services;Analysis the medical behavior and its influential factors in patients with diabetes in the region,combined with diabetes in the region medical problems,provide a reference to the present social health development plan and strategy for certain provincial health systems development.Methods : Extract 6 hospitals in 3 cities by random cluster and convenience sampling method in a certain area in the province.In 2017 3-5 months by "Chinese diabetes prevention literacy questionnaire" and diabetes patients self-designed questionnaire on medical behavior of diabetic patients were investigated on the medical behavior;according to the pre survey results to make additions and deletions the entries,and evaluate the reliability and validity of the questionnaire;statistical description,single factor and multi factor analysis of survey data using SPSS statistical software.Results:The province female diabetic patients(57%)is more than men diabetic patients.The majority of the aged 51-70 years old(61.5%).The largest number of people was 1-3 years(36.1%),next for more than 10 years(23.1%).The incidence of self reported diabetes complications was(27.1%).The province have health demand in patients with diabetes mellitus,52.9% of the diabetic patients in the province know that they are suffering from diabetes at the time of untimely medical treatment,diabetic patients in Shandong province was informed that he was suffering from diabetes.At the same time,78.9% of the people can do a positive medical treatment.Medical institutions are the first factors to be considered for medical treatment.The health behavior of diabetic patients needs to be further improved and diabetes education needs to be further strengthened to improve the awareness of patients with diabetes.Conclusion:A variety of factors,such as demographic characteristics,social factors,accessibility factors and conceptual awareness,synthetically affect the medical behavior of patients with diabetes in a certain province.The level of diabetes knowledge and the level of self-management need to be further strengthened in diabetic patients.At the present stage of China's social and medical environment is still unable to meet the health needs of patients with diabetes,in strengthening the health undertakings at the same time.We should pay more attention to the quality of grassroots doctors improve and diabetes knowledge education,promote the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with diabetes mellitus.
