Acute ischemic vascular disease(including coronary artery system,intracranial artery system,lower extremity arterial system,etc.)has been increasing rapidly in recent years.The age of patients with disease is large,the onset is urgent,and the disease develops rapidly,which seriously endangers the life safety of the majority of patients.As a gold standard for diagnosis and treatment of vascular diseases,minimally invasive and efficient interventional diagnosis and treatment technology has been widely used in many hospitals to solve the problems of the patients.(1)In the process of interventional diagnosis and treatment,patients often fail to cooperate with each other due to the influence of disease,resulting in the image quality can not meet the clinical needs.This paper presents an automatic DSA image segmentation method based on random walk,by using the method of multi-scale morphological operations and median filtering to remove irrelevant regions,finally combined with mathematical morphology to provide seed for the random walk algorithm,automatic random walk algorithm.This DSA image automatic segmentation method can not only provide structural information of vascular vessels for doctors,but also has the advantages of simple operation,higher segmentation accuracy,improve image quality,can greatly improve the diagnostic efficiency of clinicians,degree of stenosis and occlusion of blood vessels is helpful for doctors to assess to a great extent.(2)In the process of interventional diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic disease,a real body thrombus is taken out.By analyzing the characteristics of physics experiment,thrombosis,gets some preliminary mechanical features of thrombosis,so as to explore the clinician and technical staff analysis from the perspective of patients with vascular lesions in the perspective of physics,but also provide a theoretical basis and technical extension of the possible treatment for similar patients in the future,provides research approach for cross field medical engineering the development of new equipment and intervention.(3)To sum up,this study can better assist the interventional clinicians and technicians in the diagnosis and treatment of ischemic vascular disease,improve the efficiency and accuracy of diagnosis,improve the success rate of occlusion and serve for the majority of patients.
