Aims:Stroke is a group of acute cerebrovascular diseases, has a higher disability rate and fatality rate.Various sequelae caused by stroke affect the quality of life of the patient, and bring heavy burden for the family and the whole society. The goal of modern research and development of cerebrovascular diseases is to rescue and prolong the life of patients, more importantly,to improve the quality of life and survival of patients through early intervention of rehabilitation medicine.Motortherapy is an important means of rehabilitation technique.Existing rehabilitation techniques are mostly limited to the rehabilitation of affected limb of patients, but the human body is a whole, the cerebral hemispheres need both division and collaboration to perform some action.Based on the above, limb movement of the side should be guided in patients with hemiplegia before inducing movement of the affected side, leading to actual experience of patients in the course of exercise.Subsequently, the same exercise should be promoted in the affected side the same as that in the healthy side.In such way,it may contribute to the exploration of the influence of affected side limb movement on motor function of stroke patients with hemiplegia under the connection and the influence of the left and right hemispheres. To provide more effective rehabilitation techniques for stroke patients.Methods:60 cases of patients with stroke hemiplegia were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The patients in two groups were treated with standardized medical treatment and routine rehabilitation therapy, the patients in the control group were treated with routine motortherapy, while the patients in the observation group were treated with motortherapy of the affected side induced by the healthy side. The duration and intensity of exercise were 30 minutes per day,six days every week, and continued for eight weeks. All the patients were evaluated for motor function and activity of daily living before treatment, after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment.Statistical analysis, measurement data were expressed as (?)ąs and measured with t test.Enumeration data measured with X~2test.p<0.05 meant that the difference was statistically significant.Results:(1).Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the score of limb movement function and activity of daily life between two groups(P>0.05).(2).After 4weeks and 8 weeks of treatment, the score of limb movement function and activity of daily life were increased in both the two groups. However, the detected results were better in the observation group than those in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the conventional exercise therapy, treatment of limb movement in the affected sideinduced by movement of the healthy side has a significant effect on motor function recovery and activity of daily life in stroke patients with hemiplegia.
