| Since the 1960 s,the medical equipment industry has flourished.On one hand,carrying out the medical treatment,scientific research,teaching activities in the hospital needs the technical support of the medical equipment.On the other hand,with the growing size of medical equipment,the proportion of total assets is also increasing.However,the management methods of medical equipment in public hospitals are backward,and the level of medical equipment management is low.Meanwhile,with the deepening of economic development and medical reform,the medical market environment of our country is changing greatly,and the external competition is very fierce.How to realize the scientific management of medical equipment in public hospitals has become an important issue faced by medical equipment management department,so that they can make clinical services better for the hospital and save more costs in repair and maintenance.Improving the management level of medical equipment has also become an important way for public hospitals to improve their competitiveness.This article uses the literature research method and the theory practice union method to study the management of medical equipment in the first hospital of Qinhuangdao.In this paper,the status and problems of medical equipment management in the first hospital of Qinhuangdao will be analyzed comprehensively,which is combined with specific medical equipment management and based on the comprehensive life cycle theory and TnPM equipment management theory.Finally,the paper makes a deep research on the construction of medical equipment management system in the first hospital of Qinhuangdao and puts forward a management mode of medical equipment based on the both two theories.At the same time,also hope that the public hospital medical equipment management program in this article could provide some reference for other hospitals to improve the management of medical equipment. |
