Objective:To investigate the pathological changes of liver and the effects of T3,progesterone and il-6 on liver at 24 h after brain death. Methods:During the period of 2016.3-2017.7,10 cases of sudden BD were treated as observation group, and 10 healthy people were treated as control group. Both were examined for peripheral blood T3,progesterone and IL-6.At the same time, liver biopsy and HE staining were used to observe pathological changes in the observation group.Comparative observation group and control group T3,progesterone and IL-6 different levels, and use the linear regression analysis of the observation group T3,progesterone,IL-6 levels with hepatic steatosis, inflammation cells infiltration, the relationship between the liver cell injury and apoptosis. Results:The liver tissue was found to be aliphatic, inflammatory cell infiltration and liver cell necrosis under HE staining.IL-6 levels in the observation group was(38.96 ± 17.82 pg/mL)was higher than the control group(4.59 ±0.51 pg/mL),T3 level in observation group is(1.02 ±0.57 nmol/L)is lower than the control group(1.66 ±0.16 nmol/L),use the approximate t test it is concluded that the differences were statistically significant. We concluded that il-6 level was associated with liver NAS score. Conclusion:After the death of the brain, the liver has different degrees of adipose, inflammatory cell infiltration and necrosis of the liver cells. We speculate that IL-6 expression may be a predictor of hepatic steatosis and necrosis.
