Objective:To evaluate the changes of two time duration before and after standard operation procedure (SOP) in patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI).Methods:All the equipment were established accord to China Chest Pain Center(CCPC). We compared the basic information、past history、the time from symptom-on to first medical contact (SO-FMC)、time from door to ballon (D2B)、time from first medical contact to ballon (FMC2B)、total ischemic time (TIT) and stage time in patients with STEMI before and after the establishment of CPCC in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University. Results:A total of 106 patients with STEMI were chosen. There was no statistical difference in basic information and past history (P>0.05).The time of SO-FMC was 245.0±128.7、240.2±100.0 min, P=0.350.In patients seeking for advise themselves, there was a significant decrease the time from door to first ECG、time from door to diagnosis、time from door to initiation of cath lab(P<0.05), the retention time in emergency department after certification was 58.8±20.1、38.2±15.5 min, P=0.003.Time of D2B was 99.7±19.2、86.7±9.3 min, p=0.000. And time from first medical contact to ballon (FMC2B) in two periods was 88.5±23.5、83.7±21.6 min, P=0.264.And there was no statistical difference in total ischemic time (TIT).Conclusion:The time length of D2B could be shorted remarkably owing to standard chest pain treatment in patient with STEMI, however more effort should be made in social、government、hospitals and patients to decrease FMC2B and TTT.
