Objectives To study the relationship between home safety risk and weak index of elderly hypertension patients in rural areas, and provided a basis for effective intervention in the future. Methods Multi-stage cluster random sampling be used in this study, randomly draw azone in two districts of Laiwu city in Shandong province(Laicheng district); The samemethod was used to randomly select a town(Yangzhuang town)in 11 towns in theextraction area;Four villages were randomly selected from 45 villages in the town(Bigbutou village,Yanjiazhuang village,Shijiahe village,Yanqiao village). To extract all theeligible 445 rural elderly hypertension patients in the village,to investigate thepsychological status, home safety situation, social support and weakness of elderlyhypertension patients used by summary of the elderly depression rating scale, home safetyrisk assessment questionnaire, social support rating scale and frailty index, and record thepatient's general condition, lifestyle, risk factors of cardiovascular events and bloodpressure control.Statistical analysis and comparison use by SPSS19.0,Compare differentcases of elderly patients with high blood pressure blood pressure level, blood pressurecontrol success rate, the safety risk and weak situation, analysis of senile hypertensionpatients safety risk and weak exponential relationship. Results 1 The survey of 393 men in the rural elderly patients with high blood pressure are148 people, the range was(60~96),average age of(69.88±7.64).2 The average systolic blood pressure of rural elderly hypertension is 153.42±16.66 mm Hg,the mean diastolic pressure is 93.55±10.85 mm Hg,the blood pressure control rate was 49.1%.3 The risk of home safety in rural seniors is at a moderate level, and 3.1 percent of patients were at higher risk for home safety.4 Mult-variable linear return analysis shows that low degree of culture, low monthly income of self-evaluation of health, depression, poor social support, poor and weak patients safety risk is higher,(P<0.05).5 There were 47.58% of rural elderly patients with hypertension in the early stage of fragility, and 15.52% were in fragility.6 BMI abnormalities, sleep disorders, depression, hearing impairment, and literacy is a factor that affects the fragility of the elderly hypertensive,(P<0.05).7 The home safety risk of elderly hypertension patients in rural areas was positively correlated with the frailty index(r=0.521,P<0.05)and the four dimensions of home safety risk were positively correlated with the index of weakness. Conclusions 1 The rate of blood pressure control in rural elderly hypertension is lower.2 The household safety risk of rural aged patients with hypertension is at moderate or above levels, and cultural level, monthly income, depression, social support, health selfassessment and weakness are the factors influencing the home safety risk of elderly hypertension patients in rural areas.3 The incidence of frailty was higher in rural elderly patients with hypertension, sleep disorders, depression, hearing impairment, literacy and BMI are factors that affect the decline of elderly hypertension in rural areas.4 There was a positive correlation between the weak index and the home safety risk of elderly hypertension patients in rural areas, and the higher the index, the greater the risk of home safety.
