Prognosis Of Nonspecific Interstitial Pneumonia Correlates With Pathologic Characteristics

Objectives To explore the distribution and cause of formation of the ectopic lymphoid structuers in NSIP,and the impact on prognosis and links.Methods 69 patients with NSIP were selected.Clinically relevant data were collected and immunohistochemical staining experiments were performed.The data obtained were analyzed and discussed.Results 1 The frequency of cells is 55.07%.2 The DLCO improvement of ELS negative group was higher than that of positive group.3 The number of follicles in ELS is positively correlated with the deterioration of FVC.4 Deterioration of TLC is related to the average area of cell clusters,the total area of ELS,and the total area of ELS standardization.5 DLCO is related to the scale of ELS.6 Dyspnea is associated with the number of ELS clusters,the number of ELS-normalized clusters,and the total area under ELS standardization.7 High ELS standardized area is related to bronchiectasis and honeycomb shadow,related to FVC improvement rate,and related to Tfh anatomical area count.8 Ggo is negatively correlated with follicles,ELS,and cell clusters.9 The average area of ELS is related to CCP.10 Joint pain is negatively correlated with vascular Tfh.11 Interstitial Tfh number Correlates with Deterioration of FEV1 and FVC.12 The vascular Tfh group was related to the average area,total area,and total area of cell clusters,and positively related to FEV1% and FVC% of admissions.13 The follicular Tfh group was positively correlated with all parts of the ELS.14 Airway Tfh grouping is associated with long-term mortality and fibrosis.15 Fever and lung burst sound,FEV1% grouping and TLC%,pulmonary artery widening,lymphocyte ratio reduction and hemoglobin reduction,fecal occult blood positive,AST elevation and LDH elevation,ESR acceleration and CRP elevation,Cyfra211 elevation,pathology Type,rash,and positive ANCA are associated with survial in univariate survival analysis?Conclusions Ectopic lymphoid structures mainly affect lung function and pathological types in this study.Tfh cells also affect lung function,pathological type and mortality.
