Objective:This study was aimed to analyze the effect of changes in body mass index(BMI)during gestational diabetes mellitus on maternal and child outcomes.Method: choose225 patients with gestational diabetes who did regular prenatal examination in our hospital in2016-2017.According to the increase in body mass index during pregnancy grouped,the patients were divided into three groups.compare the pregnancy outcomes of each group.Results: The incidence of pregnancy-induced hypertension and postpartum hemorrhage was higher in the BMI increased higher group than the BMI increased normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);The rate of cesarean section was higher in the BMI increased higher group than the BMI increased normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);The incidence of fetal distress and macrosomia was higher in the BMI increased higher group than the BMI increased normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);Conclusion: The poor pregnancy weight in gestational diabetes mellitus will increase the incidence of maternal and child adverse outcomes.
