By investigating and returning the nutrition intake,dietary structure,nutritional knowledge,attitudes and behaviors of the farmers in xudeng township of yongjing County,this paper analyzes the nutrition and KAP status of the farmers in xudeng township of yongjing County,and discusses the characteristics and deficiencies of the dietary structure of the farmers in xudeng township of yongjing county.Provide basic data for proper diet,correct healthy eating concept and food consumption concept,and provide theoretical basis for improving farmers'nutrition and health level.Through stratified random sampling,328 peasants in Xuding Township,Yongjing County were selected for the study.Face-to-face interviews,questionnaires,and return visits were used to collect data on farmers'nutritional intake and KAP.A total of 328 questionnaires were sent out.The dietary nutrition survey used a 24-hour retrospective method to interview100 people and counted food types,quantities,and nutrient intake.Contrasting the actual intake of all respondents to the recommended intake of nutrients for workers aged 18 to 49years with the recommended intake of nutrients for DRIs.?2 The test compared the farmers'food types,amounts,and nutrient intake of different genders.In the KAP survey,the differences in the situation were compared between the nutritional knowledge,attitudes and behaviors of farmers in Xuding Township under different conditions.The dietary structure of farmers in Xuding Township accounted for 47.7%of cereals and0.92%of salt,with relatively high relative recommended intake.Vegetables accounted for34.75%,fruits 7.82%,meat and poultry 3.17%,eggs 0.81%,fish and shrimp 0.88%,milk and dairy products 1.31%,oil accounted for 1.57%,beans and soy products accounted for 1.62%,intake The proportion is low,especially the intake of eggs,fish and shrimps,milk and dairy products,beans and soy products is the lowest.The intake of protein and fat in energy-nutrient production accounted for 9.88%and15.01%of energy,and the intake of carbohydrates was high,accounting for 75.11%of the total energy.Dietary fiber intake was too low to reach 47.27%of intake.Traces of sodium intake were too high,1.16 times the recommended intake.Insufficient intake of calcium,iron,and zinc accounted for 62.58%,68.92%,and 6.31%of the recommended amount,respectively.Insufficient intake of vitamin A and vitamin B2 accounted for 75.40%and 73.57%of the recommended intake,respectively.Three meals are more energy-efficient than breakfast and Chinese food,and dinner is higher.The average score of nutrition knowledge of farmers in Xuding Township is 10.53 points,accounting for 40.55%of qualified people,and the average score of 16.46%for good people is 18.49 points?out of 25 points?.The overall positivity is high.Cooking is mainly based on frying,and knowledge of nutrition is obtained mainly through television propaganda and networking.Academic knowledge of nutrition knowledge for high school and high school farmers and Han villagers understand more.Women are more positive and reasonable than men in nutritional attitudes and behaviors.The research results show that the dietary structure of farmers in Xuding Township,Yongjing County is not reasonable.Excessive intake of cereals and salt,excessive intake of fat and dietary fiber,unreasonable combination of three meals,and overpowering dinner.Nutritional knowledge is not widespread enough.Many respondents have unhealthy dietary behaviors,and the access to nutritional knowledge is relatively single and has no continuity.However,the attitude of learning nutritional knowledge is relatively positive,and there is a strong desire to improve the diet structure.
