Using Tracking Methodologies To Construct Tracking Framework Of Maternal Health Service Quality On-site Assessments In The Secondary Maternal And Children Health Hospital

ObjectiveTo explore the use of tracking methodologies to construct tracking framework of maternal health service quality on-site assessments in the secondary MCH,including tracking contents,points,and procedures.MethodsFirst of all,through literature research,according to the evaluation criteria of the secondary MCH hospital,relevant work regulations and technical specifications,combing maternal health care service quality tracking framework,including tracking contents,points,and procedures.Afterwards,experts in various fields where maternity and child health have a wealth of work experience,especially management knowledge,are invited to conduct expert discussions.The experts' opinions are summarized through multiple expert meetings and repeated expert consultations,and the research outputs were repeatedly revised and improved.Finally,Liuyang Maternal and Children Health Hospital and Changsha County Maternal and Children Health Hospital were selected for on-site research on the preliminary development of the tracking content,points,and tracking paths.Validate the feasibility,comprehensiveness and scientificity through on-site tracking,on-site seminars and other methods,and make additional changes to the tracking framework.Results1.Formed the core content and key points of maternal and child health service quality tracking in the secondary MCH hospitals.According to the service process and functional tasks,it is divided into premarital care,pre-pregnancy care,pregnancy care,childbirth care,postpartum care,promotion of breastfeeding,single disease management,organization of maternity and health ministries,and implementation of management functions of the ministry of health.According to each part of each section,we sort out the assessment terms,tracking locations,monitoring indicators,and the specific contents of the second-level maternity and child health hospitals involved.Guaranteed research output covers all terms and contents related to maternal health services in the evaluation standards of the Second Maternal and Child Health Hospital.2.Formed a tracking path for maternal and child care management quality in the secondary MCH.According to the"Integral framework for the tracking of maternal and child health services" and " "displaying Tracking Sections,Content and Highlights by Service Content" to draw and display intuitivly and specificly.ConclusionBased on the "Secondary MCH accreditation standards and its implementation we established the tracking framework of maternal health service quality on-site assessments in the secondary maternal and children health hospital,including tracking content,main points and process path.The research output can provide review experts with an effective tool for on-site review,lay the foundation for ensuring the quality and homogeneity of the organization review,and provide reference for grass-roots MCH hospital to strengthen their own standardized management.However,due to factors such as time and manpower,there are still limitations that can be further studied.
