ObjectiveTo explore the risk factors of the isolated Cleft Lip/Palate,RevMan 5.0 software was used to conduct this Meta-analysisMethodsTo search the published evidence on risk factor of isolated Cleft Lip/Palate,the team searched several databases(PubMed,CoChrane Library,Embase,Biosis CBM,CNKI,Wan Fang Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database)for relevant articles Published by the Dec.2017.Publications about related risk factors of isolated congenital Cleft Lip/Palate were indexed,31 papers were selected, the table of basic characteristics and the form of statistics analysis was built by using Microsoft EXCEL.And the latter one was included into the data pool of software Revman5.0.The combined Odds Ratio(OR),which was used as standard effect index, was calculated and its corresponding 95%Confidence Interval(95%CI)was also processing at the same time, fixed effect model and random effect model were applied to export Forest Plot to present the results visually, heterogeneity was evaluated by related index. Finally, appropriate funnel plot combined with Nfs(Fail-safe number)test were implemented in order to evaluate publication bias.Result31 literatures were included for Meta-analysis based on the standard of exclusion. The following risk factors had significant difference:The combined OR and 95%C1 were respectively as follows, obese women CL/P[1.12(1.04,1.20)],CPO[1.18(1.05,1.32)],overweight women CL/P[1.06(0.97,1.16)],CPO[1.09(1.00,1.19)],Active smoking CL/P[1.52(1.38,1.67)],CPO[1.36(1.16,1.59)],Passive smoking CL/P[1.50(1.28,1.76)],CPO[1.72(1.54,1.92)],1st trimester alcohol consumption CL/P[1.24(1.13,1.34)],CPO[1.20(1.08,1.34)],Prior pregnancy alcohol consumption CL/P[1.24(1.06,1.45)],CPO[1.23(1.00,1.52)],Prior pregnancy binge alcohol consumption CL/P[1.24(1.00,1.52)],CPO[1.37(1.10,1.72)]?ConclusionRisk factors associated with isolated Cleft Lip/Palate were pre-pregnancy overweight and obese, maternal smoking, maternal alcohol consumption...
