Objective: To study the route of brain activation,the time-dependent relationship between activation of neurons and activation of cerebral blood flow and the dominant hemisphere of the brain in healthy Han nationality young people when they are performing the computational tasks.Methods:Twenty-five healthy right-handed Hank nationality young people subjects with the same educational level were recruited,and the neuromonitor(EEG-TCD)was used to simultaneously monitor the subjects' Electroencephalographic frequency of bilateral frontal lobe,temporal lobe,parietal lobe,and occipital lobe during the calculation task;Simultaneously monitoring the Subjects' Mean blood flow velocity(MFV)of Middle Cerebral Artery(MCA),peak systolic flow velocity,Peak Systolic Velocity(PSV),End Diastolic Velocity(EDV)and Pulsatility Index(PI),to read the cerebral blood flow data and EEG data every 2 seconds,the Self-comparisons shall be done among before,during and after the calculation task,using SPSS19.0 software to analyze statistical analysis of the patient's general situation,and using the Excel and MATLAB 2015 a mathematics software to draw the physiological circuit diagram of brain neuron activation when the healthy Han nationality young people perform computational tasks,to make the time-dependent curve of brain electrophysiological changes and the changes in cerebral blood flow during calculation as well.Results:Fifteen of the 24 human subjects completed the test task,and 9 of them had poor monitoring due to poor coordination,the results were not included in the statistical analysis.1.General condition of the human subjects: The sample size was 15 people,the average age of the subjects was 26.06±2.52 years.The proportion of men and women was 12/3,the average education years was 18.80±1.78.2.The change regulation of the average blood flow velocity of the middle cerebral artery related to the calculation task: Comparing the average blood flow velocity of the middle cerebral artery before,during,and after the task,it shows that the blood flow velocity of the middle cerebral artery increases when the task is performed.The blood flow velocity of middle cerebral arteries started to increase from the beginning of the task and reached a peak within a certain period of time,The average peak time was 16 s,and then it decreased slightly and continued for about 14 s.The blood flow velocity was decreased to fall and rest after the task was completed.Percent change of blood flow velocity(p CBFV)was calculated,with 12.4% on the left and 10.6% on the right.3.The EEG frequency change regulations related to the calculation task:(1).Comparing and calculating the frequency of the frontal lobe EEG before,during,and after the task.From the beginning of the task,you can observe that the EEG frequency is increasing,and up to the peak within a certain period of time.At the peak,the lead frequency of F3 and F4 reached the peak time of 10 s in average,then fell slightly and remained at the platform stage for 20 s.After the calculation taskwas over,it fell to a resting state.Calculate the frequency change rate,F3 is 20.7%,F4 is 20.7%.(2).Comparing and calculating the frequency changes of the parietal lobe EEG before,during,and after the task,from the beginning of the task,the EEG frequency can be observed to rise slightly,and the frequency reaches the peak within a certain period of time,and the average time of lead frequency of the C3 and C4 to reach the peak is 16 s,then it decreased slightly and remained in the platform period for 14 s.After the calculation task was over,it fell to the resting state.The frequency change rate was calculated as 17.6% for C3 and 17.6% for C4.(3).Comparing and calculating the frequency changes of occipital lobe EEG before,during,and after the task,from the beginning of the task,the EEG frequency could be observed to increase,and the frequency reached the peak within a certain period of time,the leads frequency of O1 and O2 were peaked in 16 s averaged,then it decreased slightly and remained in the platform period for 14 s.After the calculation task was over,it fell to a resting state.The frequency change rate was calculated as28.4% for O1 and 27.4% for O2.(4).Comparing and calculating the frequency changes of temporal lobe EEG before,during,and after the task,from the beginning of the task,the EEG frequency was observed to increase,and the frequency reached the peak within a certain period of time,and the average time of lead frequency of the T3 and T4 to reach the peak is18 s,then it decreased slightly and remained in the platform period for 12 s.After the calculation task was over,it fell to a resting state.Calculate the frequency change rate,T3 is 27.7%,while T4 is 27.7%.From the above data,we could see that the leads F3 and F4 are the earliest to peak up to the highest frequency,which are the frontal lobe leads,followed by the parietal,occipital and temporal lobes;the highest change rate of the brain power frequency is the occipital lobe,followed by temporal lobe,frontal lobe,parietal lobe.4.The synchronization analysis of the cerebral blood flow changes and the EEG related to the calculation task:We could observe that the cerebral blood flow velocity of both middle cerebral arteries increased after the start of the task,simultaneously,the electroencephalogram frequency of the bilateral brain increased immediately,which indicates that there was a correlation between cerebral blood flow and electroencephalogram.Conclusions:1.When performing a calculation task,the left hemisphere of right-handed healthy Han nationality young people is the dominant hemisphere.2.During the calculation task of healthy Han nationality young human brain,The first neuronal activation area is: frontal lobe,and temporal lobe activation to maintain calculation function.Occipital lobe activation to maintain visual function.3.With the activation of neurons in cerebral neurovascular units,cerebral blood flow velocity turn to activated when the healthy Han nationality young people are performing the calculation tasks.
