Objective:Objective to investigate the clinicopathological features and prognostic factors of uterine sarcoma. Methods:The clinical and pathological features of 216 cases of uterine sarcoma in 2000-2017 years in Hunan cancer hospital were analyzed. The history of birth,FIGO stage, pathological type, lymph node dissection, chemotherapy, depth of tumor infiltration, lymph node metastasis and prognosis were analyzed.Results:1.A total of 216 patients with uterine sarcomas were included in this analysis, with a median age of 46.5(25-70)years.The results of Kruskal-Wallis H nonparametric tests of multiple independent samples were statistically different(p<0.05),that is,the age of different pathological types was different.2.The statistical data of the first symptoms of 216 patients were examined by chi square test, showing a statistically significant difference(p <0.05),that is,the first clinical symptoms of different pathological types of uterine sarcomas were different.3.Statistical analysis showed that there was no correlation between the number of deliveries and the history of uterine sarcomas(p >0.05).4.K-M test and Log Rank test showed that the survival time of patients with early FIGO stage was longer than that of patients with advanced stage(p <0.05).5.102 patients underwent lymph node dissection. The single factor survival analysis by K-M and Log Rank showed that lymph node dissection did not affect the patient’s survival rate(p>0.05).6.The single factor survival rate analysis by K-M and Log Rank showed that there were statistical differences in survival prognosis of different pathological types,of which the total survival time of US patients was lower than that of other pathological types(p <0.05).7.113 patients received postoperative chemotherapy,K-M test and Log Rank test showed that postoperative chemotherapy could improve the survival rate(p <0.05).8.There were 70 patients with tumor invasion depth more than 1/2,and 119 cases of <1/2 patients with K-M and Log-Rank single factor survival analysis showed that the depth of tumor infiltration could affect the survival rate of patients(p <0.05).9.In 39 cases of lymph node metastases and 63 cases of non metastatic lymph nodes were analyzed by K-M and Log-Rank single factor survival rates, which showed that the metastasis of lymph nodes did not affect the survival rate of the patients(p >0.05).Conclusion:1.The onset age, initial symptoms and pathological features of uterine sarcoma were correlated.2.FIGO stage and pathological type were independent prognostic factors for uterine sarcoma. The history of delivery, lymph node dissection and lymph node metastasis were not correlated with the prognosis of patients.Postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy can prolong the survival period of the patients.Deep myometrial invasion is an important factor affecting the prognosis of patients.
