Objective: To investigate the homocysteine(Hcy)whether correlated with alteration of prethrombotic state(PTS)molecular markers in patients with unstable angina, and to evaluate the prevalence of hyper-homocysteine(Hcy)in patients with unstable angina. Methods: A total of 101 patients who were suspected of having coronary heart disease hospitalized from August 1,2015 to November 1,2016 were selected as the subjects. After admission, coronary angiography was performed via the radial artery and patients were divided into three groups according to the results of the angiography. There were 32 cases in unstable angina group,29 cases in coronary atherosclerosis group and 40 cases in normal control group, respectively. The level of homocysteine, von Willebrand factor(v WF),platelet granule membrane protein 140(GMP-140),thrombus precursor protein(Tp P),and D-2 polyamines were tested on a fasting basis at 7:00 am on the second day of hospitalization. The t Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between Hcy and the parameters of prethrombotic state molecular markers.Results:(1)The levels of prethrombotic molecular markers(v WF,GMP-140,Tp P,D-2mer)in patients with unstable angina were significantly higher than those in coronary atherosclerosis(p<0.05).Prethrombotic molecular markers in patients with atherosclerosis were also significantly higher than those in the control group(p<0.05).(2)Pearson linear correlation analysis showed that there is a positive correlation between the level of Hcy in patients with unstable angina and the level and change of molecular markers(v WF,GMP-140,Tp P,D-2mer)in each prethrombotic state.(p<0.05).Conclusion:There is a significant change in the level of Hcy and prethrombotic state molecular markers in patients with unstable angina, and the degree of change in the two is positively correlated. This correlation may play an important role in the pathological process of this disease.Measuring these indicators has certain clinical significance for judging the severity and severity of unstable angina patients.
