Objective:According to the requirement change of medical service demand under the new situation,study the effect of regional medical self-service in Nanjing on medical service flow,medical service efficiency,the convenience and satisfaction of the people for medical treatment,and explore the necessity and maneuverability of promoting the self-help medical treatment model in Nanjing,and to put forward some further measures to improve it.Research methods:Guided by the theory of business process reengineering,analysis of the existing problems in the traditional outpatient service mode,then we put forward the construction plan of regional cloud self-service medical service system and promote its implementation.Using the method of combining quantitative and qualitative analysis and getting the data form Nanjing Health Information Platform and Medical Big data and Decision-making system to understand the utilization of various medical self-service.Questionnaires were issued to 360 patients,it is known that the applicability of self-service and self-service influence on registration queuing time,payment queuing time,waiting time,total residence time and overall satisfaction.The influence of medical self-service on hospital management and health administration department is understood by means of literature review and interview.Results:(1)In the area of regional medical self-service in Nanjing,41.8%of the women and 34.6%of the men choose to use self-service treatment.?2=1.556,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.53.5%of the patients under 25 years old,45.1%of the patients between 26-40 years old,38.4%of the patients between 41-55 years old,37%of the patients between 56-70 years old,17.4%of the patients over 70 years old,these patients chose self-service medical service.?2=14.046,P<0.05,there was a significant difference;42.3%of the patients with master's degree and above,46.7%of the patients with undergraduate degree and higher education,42.5%of the patients with education for secondary school,high school,technical treatment,27.7%of the patients with education for junior middle school and under,these patients chose self-service medical service,?2=8.216,P<0.05,there was a significant difference between the 41.9%of the Medicare patients;33%of the own-expense patients,these patients chose self-service medical service,?2=2.263,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.(2)Rank sum test shows that patients who use non self-service ways spend more time in queuing than patients who use self-service,?=-10.919,P<0.05,the difference was significant;patients who use non-appointments are more likely to spend more time than appointments,?=-9.845,P<0.05,the difference was significant;patients who use non self-service ways spend more time in paying than patients who use self-service ways,?=-9.327,P<0.05,the difference was significant;patients who use non self-service ways spend more time at the hospital in paying than patients who use self-service ways,?=-11.094,P<0.05,the difference was significant.(3)using multiple linear stepwise regression analysis method,non-complete self-service factors affecting hospital process patients overall satisfaction 8,including registration,payment,inspection,waiting examination time,waiting time to get the medicine and satisfaction with doctors,inspectors,and toll collector.There are 3 factors that influence the overall satisfaction of the doctors who have completed the process of self-help,including the waiting examination time and the satisfaction of doctors and inspectors.Research conclusions:It is different from the self-service design and research conducted by many independent hospitals in China.This article takes the Nanjing city as a whole.In the national innovation,it puts forward the ideas of medical self-service construction and regional integration to promote medical self-service.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The regional medical self-service service at least reduces the number of registration,payment and waiting for three queuing links,which shortens the detention time of the patients in the hospital.(2)The overall satisfaction of the patients who completed the medical process by self-service way is higher than that of the non-self-service way.(3)The implementation of regional self-service medical service system can improve medical experience,reduce medical disputes,reduce staff pressure,improve work efficiency,reduce service costs,and facilitate hospital management.(4)The implementation of the regional self-service medical service system promoted the real name system,provided support for the tracking and evaluation of medical service quality,provided the foundation for the analysis and decision of big data,and promoted the standardized management and integrated management of medical and health industry.
