Process Design And System Implementation Of Chronic Disease Management For The Elderly In CK Health Management Company

With the rapid development of mobile internet technology,more and more enterprises establish industry information management system through mobile Internet.The multilayer architecture of B/S structure is widely used with the development and maturity of web technology.Disease management enterprises pressing need a broad range of coverage,business flexibility,cross-platform compatibility and high data security chronic disease management system,which can improve the management of chronic diseases and enhance comprehensive strength of enterprises.This thesis is based on the development of the chronic disease management system of the elderly in CK company,which realizes the family management of chronic diseases and the fragmentation of time.Based on mobile internet?portable devices?big data and so on,the author designed a set of closed loop workflow for chronic diseases management to master health condition in real time,and to fulfill self-management of patient.This will change the tradition treatment mode of chronic disease,and enhance living quality of patients.The author researches systematic designation and implement of chronic diseases based on mobile internet.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:First,through the reference to a large number of documents and materials,we summed up the management of chronic diseases,the business process,detailed analysis of the current management of chronic diseases of the business processes,and using the problem causality diagram analysis of existing chronic disease management business process problems,setting the foundation of redesigning the management business process of chronic diseases of CK Company.Then it puts forward the conception and goal of BPR,reengineering the "user-centered" chronic disease management business process based on mobile internet,and analyzes the changes of the chronic disease management business process reengineering.Secondly,based on the analysis of the current chronic disease management business process of CK Company,the new chronic disease management business process is reengineered.After that,new overall structure of the system and business process project is designed according to the business process.The main function modules is further designed.Finally the author describe the function of part main modules.Third,using the existing conditions of CK company,the chronic disease management system Open Source technology framework and related excellent technology,the management business process of chronic disease after reengineering is designed and realized by means of information management system.according to the business process of the management of the chronic diseases after engineered,the new design framework and function module of the system is projected.The system of the chronic disease management of CK company is based on the new framework and technology.In this paper,some management modules of the management system are introduced in detail.The users' satisfaction,participation and service quality of the new system are collected through questionnaires,which proves the correctness and reliability of the management business process of the chronic diseases after reengineering.Finally,this paper introduces the concrete implementation of the process of management of chronic disease in the process of routine monitoring of chronic disease management.The company make systematic measure and offer related training to effectively ensure the design and implementation of the management system of the business process of chronic disease management based on reengineering.The assessment of monitoring data of interaction between doctor and patient,and personnel structure suggested that the new management system based on reengineering not only contribute to good communication between doctor and patient,and also effectively enhance customer satisfaction.Continuous data monitoring improve feedback ability of business process,optimize company organizational structure by adjust personnel structure.According to evaluation,the new management system of chronic diseases is superior to the old one.
