A Preliminary Study On Personal Health Management System Based On Chronic Diseases

With the development of society,chronic diseases have become a public health problem that threatens public health,seeking effective ways to curb the incidence and mortality rate of chronic diseases become the focus of the industry.Researches have shown that personal health management is the best way to prevent and cure the chronic diseases.Therefore,we designed and implemented a personal health management system based on chronic diseases.To help users collect health data more comprehensive,assess the health status more accurate,get health guidance more seasonable,develop a health plan more reasonable,perform health management more effective and ultimately achieve the purpose of being health.Firstly,in this paper,through the study of health management model,we determined the closed-loop model of health management according to the actual needs of users.Secondly,in order to improve the user experience and help them better manage of their health the persuasion technology was introduced in the process of system design,and according to the design process of PSD model,different persuasion strategies was applied to all stages of health management.Thirdly,the web development technologies of HTML,CSS,JavaScript,AJAX,PHP and WeChat mini program of API were developed on the website of our system and the applications of mobile,and the user’s health data was also store into the MySQL database.Finally,the test case was designed and executed.At the same time,the function,performance and effectiveness of the system are evaluated according to the verification standard and questionnaire survey of PSD model.Through the website and the application of WeChat mini program,the system achieved a closed-loop health management process.Collect the user’s health data of structured and unstructured through PC,mobile terminal and import from the hospital.Evaluate the user’s behavioral and biological factors according to the relevant standards of the health industry,and the overall situation through hierarchical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Predict the user’s disease risk according to the corresponding risk prediction model.Get health guidance by contacting the family doctor through online counseling platform.Develop a health plan from diet and exercise according to the recommendations of doctors combined with the user’s own status.The system tracks the implementation and evaluates the effect of the user,urge their health behavior from three levels(systems,social relations,experts).At the same time,it will select the appropriate computer technology according to the design of the persuasion strategy,and then applied it in the whole process of our closed-loop health management.For the test case of closed-loop health management in the various stages of the design,the implementation results are consistent with our expectation,and the function of the system also meets the requirements of development.Under the conditions with different load pressures(10-50),the success rate and the average response time of transaction,click rate and swallowing amount of the system are normal and meet the development requirements in performance.In the verification process of validity,various functions were achieved based on the system,and meet the validation standards of PSD model to persuade the system.Generally speaking,the small trial of user shows that the rationality and effectiveness of our closed-loop management system of personal health are approved.It can be seen that the system shows excellent characteristics in function,performance and effectiveness,which is able to meet the requirements of one-stop health management for users,improve the implementation of the health management effectively,and help users develop their habits of health management through prolonged behavior.
