Objective To examine the human milk nutrient contents in different lactation period, analyze the change rule and relevant influence factors and provide a scientific basis for guiding breast feeding.Method According to the principle of informed consent and voluntary, selecting the lastria who was delivery of less than5 days as respondents, investigating maternal and child health, collecting breast milk samples in the postpartum 3-5 days,7-10 days,2months±3 days,4months±3 days,6months±3 days,8months±3 days,10months±3 days, determining the contents of protein, fat, lactose, minerals, water, energy and density using "Hong-yang HMA-2000 ultrasonic milk analyzer",and investigating the relationship between the human milk nutrient contents and different lactation period, ethnicity, hours of sleep and every time lactation time.Results?1?The investigation shows that these date of protein, fat, lactose, minerals, water, enemy and density contents accord with normal distribution.?2?The q values of multiple comparison of protein content in colostrum and transitional milk, transitional milk and mature milk, mature milk and matured milk are respectively1.56,5.219,4.125,P<0.05,it indicates that the protein content is the highest in colostrum, and decreases with prolonged lactation; The q values of multiple comparison of fat content in colostrum and transitional milk, transitional milk and mature milk, mature milk and matured milk are respectively 4.125,0.668,0.925,P <0.05,it indicates the fat content is lowest in colostrum, highest in transitional milk, and maintains a constant in the mature milk and matured milk; The q values of multiple comparison of lactose content in colostrum and transitional milk, transitional milk and mature milk, mature milk and matured milk are respectively 1.624,6.134,3.874,P<0.05,it indicates the lactose content is the highest in colostrum, and decreases with prolonged lactation; The q values of multiple comparison of minerals content in colostrum and transitional milk, transitional milk and mature milk, mature milk and matured milk are respectively 1.627,7.241,5.142,P values are respectively 0.109,<0.001,<0.001,it indicates the minerals content is the highest in colostrum, and decreaseswith prolonged lactation; The q values of multiple comparison of water content in colostrum and transitional milk, transitional milk and mature milk, mature milk and matured milk are respectively 3.145,1.996,1.176,P< 0.05,it indicates the water content is higher in colostrum and matured milk, lower in transitional milk and mature milk.?3?In this study, the reproductive age were divided into three groups by less than 24 years,24-30 years old, more than 30 years old,the results showed that protein, fat, lactose, minerals, water, energy and density had no significant difference between the three groups.?F was0.374,0.871,0.578,1.201,0.471,1.045,0.071,P >0.05,respectively?.The mother nationality was divided into two groups according to Han nationality and other ethnic groups. The results showed that there was no significant difference in protein, fat, lactose, mineral, water, energy and density between the three groups.?t was 0.831,0.655,0.812,0.828,0.872,0.764,0,141,and P >0.05,respectively?.The mother sleep time divided into two groups by more than 8 hours or less than 8 hours. The results showed that protein, fat, lactose, minerals, water, energy and density had no significant difference between the three groups.?t was 0.060,1.394,0.035,0.019,1.630,1.533,0.553,P >0.05,respectively?.The delivery mode were divided into two groups according to vaginal delivery and cesarean section. The results showed that there was no significant difference in protein, fat, lactose, mineral, water, energy and density between the three groups.?t was 1.418,1.104,0.0480,0.780,1.970,1.798,0.678,P >0.05,respectively?.The number of lactation were divided into two groups according to <8 times, more than 8 times. The results showed that protein, fat, lactose, minerals, water, energy and density had no significant difference between the three groups.?t was 1.870,0.987,0.720,0.830,1.087,0.700,1.540,P >0.05,respectively?.Lactation time were divided into two groups by <10 minutes,or 10 minutes, the results showed that protein, fat, lactose, minerals, water, energy and density had no significant difference between the three groups.?t was 1.870,0.487,0.092,0.225,0.873,0.798,1.106,P >0.05,respectively?.Diet were divided into three groups by vegetarian, meat collocation and vegetarian meat and.The results showed that minerals, moisture and density had no significant difference between the three groups.?F was 2.107,1.079,0.970,P all >0.05?while a significant difference in protein, fat, lactose and energy between the three groups?F 22.782,19.471,21.014,19.710,P <0.05?.The region were divided into three groups according to the eastern, central and Western collocations. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the mineral, water and density between the three groups.?F is 1.201,0.697,1.074,1.741,1.096,0.974,0.871,P >0.05,respectively?.Conclusions?1?The investigation establish the normal values of protein, fat, lactose, minerals, water, energy and density content in different lactation period, provide reference for clinical.?2?The protein, lactose, minerals and density content in human milk decrease with prolonged lactation, while the fat and energy content are lowest in colostrum, highest in transitional milk, and maintains a constant in the mature milk and matured milk, this variability has benefits for infant health and survival.?3?The related factors of breast milk nutritional composition were diet habits, which had no statistical significance with mother's age, sleep time, nationality, lactation frequency, lactation time, area and delivery mode.
