Objective Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is one of the most common non-communicable diseases in our country with high mortality rate.Epidemiological survey in recent years found that the incidence of coronary heart disease was significantly reduced compared to the previous years, the incidence of young coronary heart disease has an upward trend. Methods From January 1,2017 to December 31,2017,105 patients were enrolled in the Department of Cardiology,China-Japan Union Hospital,Jilin University, and their initial coronary angiography(CAG)was diagnosed as CHD.90 patients were excluded from CHD.The age, sex, height, weight, number of years of smoking, average daily smoking, history of hypertension, history of diabetes,Serum LDL-L,HDL-L,TG,TC,PLT,CRE and coronary angiography results were collected.According to the diagnosed and excluded coronary heart disease group, coronary stenosis(Left Main Artery,Left Anterior Descending Artery,Left Circumflex Artery,Right Coronary Artery)was ?50% of coronary heart disease group(n = 105),otherwise non-coronary heart disease group(n = 90).According to the number of coronary lesions grouping:Coronary artery blood vessels(Left Main Artery,Left Anterior Descending Artery,Left Circumflex Artery,Right Coronary Artery)diameter stenosis ? 50% lesions were divided into groups, among them, when involved in the left main trunk involving both left anterior descending branch and left circumflex artery branch calculation, the patients were divided into three groups: nontumor group(n = 90),single vessel group(n = 55),double vessel group(n = 30)and three vessel group(n = 20).In accordance with the normal distribution of measurement data between groups using independent samples t-test or one-way ANOVA,non-normal distribution of measurement data comparison between groups using non-parametric test, count data between groups using chi-square test, correlation analysis of data Spearman rank correlation analysis. After obtaining the correlation factors, the coronary angiography diagnosis of CHD as the dependent variable by two-factor multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results 1.The proportion of male, smoking, hypertension in coronary heart disease group was significantly increased(P <0.01),serum HDL-C level was significantly lower(P <0.01)and e GFR level was significantly higher(P <0.01),the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference in diabetes,BMI,LDL-C,TG,TC and PLT between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.There was a significant correlation between male and smoking prevalence and coronary artery disease(P <0.01).Among the three groups, the proportion of smoking and hypertension was significantly higher than the former three groups.Serum HDL-C level was negatively correlated with the number of coronary lesions(rs=-0.337,P <0.01).The e GFR was positively correlated with the number of coronary lesions(rs=0.219,P <0.01).3.Logistic regression analysis was conducted to compare the statistically significant risk factors(gender, smoking history, history of hypertension,HDL-C,e GFR),the results showed that male, smoking, high blood pressure, low serum HDL-C levels are a significant risk factor for young people with coronary heart disease. Moreover, the greater the amount of smoking, the more severe the degree of hypertension, the lower the level of serum HDL-C,the higher the risk. Conclusions 1.The incidence of coronary heart disease in young people is related to gender, smoking, hypertension and low serum HDL-C levels.2.The severity of coronary heart disease in young people is related to gender, smoking, high blood pressure and low serum HDL-C levels.3.Multivariate logistic analysis showed that young men were more likely to have coronary heart disease than young women. The greater the amount of smoking, the higher the level of hypertension and the lower the serum HDL-C level, the greater the possibility of coronary heart disease. Therefore,it is suggested that young people, especially young men, should be vigilant on coronary heart disease, actively quit smoking, maintain blood pressure at normal levels, and regularly check blood lipids.
