Objective:This paper investigated the sleep quality of junior school students in Ganzhou and explored the influencing factors of their sleep quality from the aspects of personal basic situation,family situation,behavior and lifestyle,self-assessment of health,life events and mental health.The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,which meanwhile,can be the scientific basis for the relevant departments to improve the sleep quality of junior school students.Methods:A total number of 3176 students from 8 middle schools in Ganzhou were selected by stratified cluster random sampling.The sleep quality and influencing factors of them were investigated by self-filling questionnaire.The questionnaire included basic situation,Pittsburgh Sleep quality scale,Chinese Middle School students Depression Self-Rating scale,Chinese Middle School students anxiety Self-Rating scale and Adolescent Life events scale.The Epidata 3.0 database was used to input the data and the SPSS24.0 was used to calculate statistical index rate or composition rate,and the influencing factors were analyzed through chi-square test,correlation analysis,Logistic regression and other statistical methods.Results:The rate of poor sleep quality of junior high school students in Ganzhou is 10.3%.19.9% of the students have depression,and 27.3% of the students have anxiety.Through the analysis of the single factors that affect the quality of sleep,I grouped the students by he students' grade,type of school,satisfaction with material life,satisfaction with spiritual life,place of residence of family,education level of parents,relationship between parents,relationship with father,mother,smoking,alcohol consumption,availability of strong tea or coffee.Eating habits,eating three meals regularly,eating too much,eating habits,taking diet(within one year),using mobile phone time every day,using mobile phone before going to bed,self-evaluation of body size,self-assessment of health,self-assessment.Life stress,self-rated learning stress,anxiety and / or depression.There was a significant difference between the two groups in the detection of poor sleep quality(P < 0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the total score of life events and its factors was positively correlated with the total score of sleep quality of middle school students and their factors.Logistic regression analysis showed that,being not satisfied with the spiritual life(OR=1.752,95%CI: 1.172~2.618),drinking tea or coffee(OR=1.684,95%CI: 1.210~2.342),irregular meals(OR=1.597,95%CI: 1.195~2.134),mobile phone use time over 90 minutes(OR=2.162,95%CI: 1.524~3.067),self rating overweight(OR=1.649,95%CI: 1.201~2.265),general health(self rating OR=2.288,95%CI: 1.462~3.579(OR=1.663,95%CI: 1.247~2.219)or poor),individual patients with depression(OR=3.840,95%CI: 2.321~6.353),anxiety depression(OR=3.178,95%CI: 2.190~4.613),life events(OR=1.842,95%CI: 1.502~2.259),were risk factors of sleep quality of junior high school students in Ganzhou.Conclusion:The sleep quality of middle school students should be improved in Ganzhou.The risk factors of sleep quality of middle school students in Ganzhou are low satisfaction of mental life,bad behavior lifestyle,using the mobile phone for a long time,poor self-rated health status,anxiety,depression and so on.Through the joint efforts of families,schools and communities,the sleep quality of junior middle school students can be improved.
