Background and purpose Antiphospholipid antibody syndrome is an autoimmune disease, which can be found in women of childbearing age. This disease can easily lead to pathological pregnancy and thrombosis. In recent years, patients who have been diagnosed with anti-phospholipid antibody syndrome have a rising trend, causing more and more attention by Rheumatoid immunologist and gynecologists.By comparing the rate of pregnancy loss before and after treatment in patients with anti-phospholipid antibody syndrome, this article discusses the factors that affect pregnancy loss. Methods: This article selected 51 cases with anti-phospholipid antibody syndrome in the First Hospital of Ji Lin University and Ji Lin Women and Children Health Hopital during January 2016 to January 2018,and filled out “questionnaires for patients with pregnancy-associated APS” one by one. After treatment of APS patients,we need compare the pre-treatment and post-treatment conditions of patients with pregnancy outcomes, pregnancy complications, thrombosis, and thrombocytopenia, and compare the weight of live births with live births without maternal gestation and Apgar for first minute score. The original data was input into SPSS22.0 statistical software for analysis and processing. The difference was statistically significant with P<0.05.Results: 1.In the 51 cases of pregnancy combined with anti-phospholipid antibody syndrome, the previous pregnancy was 67 times, the total number of pregnancy loss was 26,and the pregnancy loss rate was 38.81%.After treatment,9 patients lost pregnancy and the pregnancy loss rate was 17.65%,and the difference in pregnancy loss rate before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.There were 3 cases of thrombosis after treatment in 51 patients,2 cases were lost pregnancy and the pregnancy loss rate was 66.67% in pregnancy. In the 48 patients without thrombosis,7 cases were lost in pregnancy and the pregnancy loss rate was 14.58%.Thrombosis was more likely to occur in pregnancy than in patients without thrombosis, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.In 51 cases of pregnancy were combined with APS,there were 42 cases birth in total, with 35 cases in the full month and 5 cases of preeclampsia in pregnancy, accounting for 14.29% of the total full-term infants. There were 7 premature infants and 4 cases of preeclampsia, accounting for 57.14% of preterm infants. There was statistically significant difference in the risk of pre-eclampsia between pregnant mothers and full-term infants in pregnancy combined with APS(P<0.05).4.Among the 51 patients,6 patients had thrombocytopenia,1 in pregnancy loss and 16.67% of in pregnancy loss. There were 45 cases of platelet normal,8 cases of pregnancy loss and 17.78% of pregnancy loss.Thrombocytopenia did not increase the risk of pregnancy loss, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.In 51 patients, there were 30 cases of single anti-phospholipid antibody were positive,2 cases of pregnancy loss, and 6.67% were lost in pregnancy. In 14 cases of two antibody positive,3 cases were lost in pregnancy and 21.43% were lost in pregnancy.Seven cases of all three antibodies were positive,4 were lost in pregnancy and 57.14% were lost in pregnancy. The more anti-phospholipid antibody positive items, the higher the risk of pregnancy loss, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.There was no statistically significant difference in weight and Apgar score of neonates born in pregnancy combined with APS patients in childbirth compared with those in normal pregnant women(P<0.05).7.In the 42 pregnant women who delivered successfully,31 were given birth by cesarean delivery, and 11 cases of vaginal delivery. The cesarean section rate was 73.81%.The rate of cesarean section is high in pregnant patients with antiphospholipid antibody syndrome. Conclusion: 1.After the clinical intervention, the pregnancy loss rate of pregnancy combined with APS decreased significantly.2.If there is a thrombus during pregnancy, the loss rate of pregnancy will increase.3.The risk of preeclampsia in pregnancy combined with APS is higher than that of pregnancy with full-term infants 4.In patients with pregnancy and APS,thrombocytopenia has no effect on pregnancy loss rate.5.In the detection of anti-phospholipid antibodies, the more positive items, the greater the incidence of pregnancy loss.6.High cesarean section rate of pregnancy with APS patients.
