Objective: To understand the nutrient intake and body compositiondistribution of middle-aged and elderly people of Han nationality in Urumqi, and to explore the correlation between nutrient intake and body compositiondistribution in the middle-aged and elderly people of Han nationality in Urumqi. Methods: Select the middle-aged and elderly population of han nationality who underwent physical examination at a health examination center in Urumqi from November 2016 to November 2017,A total of 845 people(162 males and 683 females)were surveyed within the community for natural persons aged over 50 who met the exclusion criteria; With reference to a semi quantitative food frequency questionnaire(FFQ)and 2002 Chinese nutrition and health survey using the "food frequency questionnaire",and combined with the characteristics of Urumqi city residents diet revised and simplified food frequency questionnaire,to investigate the subjects in the past 1 years the staple food,Cereals, potatoes, algae, beans and its products, and meat products, poultry products, fish, seafood, vegetables, fruits, nuts, pastry, beverage and other food consumption frequency and consumption, and ultimately calculate the required for research related to nutrient intake data;Using the GAIA KIKO type of Korean body composition analyzer to measure each index of all subjects limbs and trunk muscle weight, height, weight, body moisture, protein, inorganic salt, body fat mass, body fat rate, waist hip ratio, the basal metabolism, the total energy consumption, impedance;Using hand-muscle developer and stopwatches to measure the grip and pace of all subjects;Record all data and create a database. Results: 1.The daily food intake of the subjects was not reasonable, the two level of differentiation was serious, the proportion of the recommended intake was generally low,and the proportion of eggs and products was the highest, only 57.3%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the average daily intake of male was higher than that of female.2.The nutrient intake of the respondents was poor, and the proportion of nutrients consumed within the recommended range was lower than that in the survey, which was only 26.7%,At the same time, there were significant differences between men and women and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the intake of men was higher than that of women.3.There was a statistical significance(P<0.05)in the distribution of the limb muscle mass, torso muscle mass, each index of body composition, grip, pace of middle aged and elderly people in different age groups of the same sex(except for male impedance, female body mass index),The age group was not all statistically significant,More than 70 years old,the number of limb muscle mass, torso muscle mass, each index of body composition, grip, pace was the lowest(except for body fat rate, waist to hip ratio, protein); The distribution of limb muscle mass, torso muscle mass, each index of body composition(except for body fat under 60 years of age),grip in different sex groups of the same age was different and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),The same age group(with the exception of body fat mass, body fat rate, impedance)limbs, trunk muscle mass, height, weight,BMI,waist hip ratio, body weight, protein and inorganic salt water, basal metabolism amount, the total energy consumption, grip strength, men are higher than women;Muscle mass, height, weight, waist hip ratio, body moisture, protein, inorganic salt, basal metabolism amount, the total energy consumption and the grip strength value was a positive correlation(P<0.001),body fat mass, body fat rate, impedance and the grip strength showed a negative correlation P<0.001).Height,basal metabolic rate, total energy consumption and step speed were positively correlated(P < 0.001),low waist-to-hip ratio, body fat rate and step speed were weakly negative correlation(P<0.01).4.The distribution of five kinds of nutrients in carbohydrates, dietary fiber, vitamin A,thiamine and potassium in women with different BMI levels was different and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The intake of fat and sodium in different SMI level women were different and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);There was a significant difference in the intake distribution of male thermal energy, carbohydrate, dietary fiber, thiamine, vitamin C and potassium in different grip levels(P<0.05),the distribution of all nutrient intake in women except selenium was different and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was a significant difference in the distribution of dietary intake of calories, protein, carbohydrates, dietary fiber, thiamine, vitamin C,potassium, sodium, iron, zinc and selenium among men with different grip levels(P<0.05);The abnormal rate of nutrients was different from BMI,SMI,grip strength and pace abnormal rate, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),abnormal incidence from high to low in order nutrient > BMI> gri P >SMI>pace.5.Thermal energy, carbohydrates, thiamine and BMI showed a weak negative correlation;Protein, sodium, iron, zinc, selenium and SMI showed a positive correlation;Heat energy, protein, fat, carbohydrate, dietary fiber, thiamine, riboflavin, calcium, potassium, sodium, iron, zinc, selenium and grip showed a positive correlation;Carbohydrates, vitamin C,iron and pace were positively correlated.6.Multiariable Logistic regression analysis revealed that monthly income, suffering from chronic diseases and thiamine is a risk factor for BMI,gender and education to protect factors;Age,gender, and selenium as a risk factor for SMI,people with chronic diseases to protect factors;Age,gender and fats as a risk factor for grip strength;Age,suffering from chronic diseases and potassium as the pace of risk factors, degree of protection factors. Conclusion: The dietary nutrients intake of the elderly of Han nationality in urumqi is not reasonable, there were age and gender differences in type and intake of dietary nutrients, body compositiondistribution; There was a correlation between grip, pace and body compositionindex; The nutrients were correlated with BMI,SMI,grip strength and pace;Age,sex, education, monthly income, chronic disease and nutrition are the factors affecting body fat.
