Objective: To explore the development characteristics of connective tissue related interstitial lung disease(CTD-ILD),analysis of its possible causes and risk factors, improve the level of awareness of the disease, guide the clinical decision-making and provides the necessary basis for early prevention and treatment. Methods: Retrospective analysis and compare the general data and symptoms, inflammatory markers, coagulation function, blood gas analysis, pulmonary function and imaging findings of 486 patients with CTD-ILD.Results: Among 86 cases of CTD-ILD,there were DM/PM-ILD103 cases(22%),RA-ILD119 cases(25%),SLE-ILD72 cases(15%),SS-ILD114 cases(23%),SSc-ILD78 cases(16%).The incidence of male and female is about 1:2.Patients with a history of more than 10 years of smoking have reached 60%,40%-60% of the patients have the lesions of the pleural and airway will occur. The clinical manifestations of chest pain and dyspnea with dry cough are higher in frequency, dry cough and dyspnea often serve as the main symptom of the patient's treatment.About 12% of the patients received hormone or anti fibrosis treatment,The clinical manifestation and lung function of the patients with anti fibrosis treatment were significantly better than those in the other groups. Conclusion: In the 5 subtypes of CTD-ILD,RA-ILD is the most common, the most rare SLE-ILD.CTD-ILD patients have a long history of smoking,Often complicated with pleural and airway diseases, chest pain, dyspnea and dry cough. The HRCT of the lung is manifested as a glass shadow,The degree of inflammation is proportional to the damage to the lung function. The treatment of anti fibrosis has a positive effect on the prognosis of CTD-ILD.
