TCM Based On The Literature Of Henoch-schonlein Purpur In Children Law Of Combination Of Factors

Objective: To provide assistance for the diagnosis of the disease by studying the combination of TCM syndrome in children allergic purpura.Methods:Using a combination of computer retrieval and manual retrieval,query in January 2007-December 2017 children allergic purpura correlation literature,and the finishing of the literature of meet the requirements,will refine syndromes elements involved,using spss17.0 software for statistical analysis and induction.Results:1.A total of 27 qualified literatures were collected.2.There were 9 kinds of symptom factors of diseases character(fire heat,qideficiency,yin-deficiency,wind-heat,endogenous-fire,damp-heat,blood-stasis,pat-hoge nic,yang-deficiency),6 kinds of symptom factors of diseases location in the literatures(meridians and collaterals,blood and gas,stomach,spleen,kidney).The overall distribution is different in 9 kinds of symptom factors of diseases character by Kruskal-wallis H(c2=2379.35 P=0.00).It is shown that there is a difference in the proportion of symptom factors of diseases character,The overall distribution is different in 6 kinds of symptom factors of diseases location by Kruskal-wallis H(c2=26.667 P=0.00).It is shown that there is a difference in the proportion of symptom factors of diseases location,It is more than 10% of fire heat,qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,windheat,endogenous-fire and damp-heat in the 9 kinds of symptom factor.of diseases character by frequency analysis,the total proportion is 91%.It is more than 20% of meridians and collaterals,blood and gas in the factors of diseases location by frequency analysis,the total proportion is 91.1%.3.Combination of factors:There are 4 kinds of TCM syndrome combinations in children allergic purpura,It is a combination of two kinds of syndromes(Single pathogeny syndrome + single disease syndrome),the combination of three types of syndromes(single etiological syndromes +2 kinds of syndromes and 2 etiological syndromes + single disease),the four types of syndromes(2 etiological syndromes +2 pathologic syndromes)and 5 combinations of syndromes(3 etiological syndromes +2pathologic syndromes).The overall distribution is different in combinations by Kruskal-wallis H(c 2=33.453 P=0.00),It is shown that there is a difference in the proportion of four combinations,among them,single etiological syndrome + single disease is the most common by frequency analysis,the total proportion is 52.5%,the two etiological syndromes + single disease ranked second,the total proportion is23.7%,there was no single syndrome,3 etiologic syndromes and the distribution of single disease.4.Syndrome distribution characteristics:The overall distribution is different in type of syndrome by Kruskal-wallis H(c 2=52.293 P=0.00),It is shown that there is a difference in the proportion of type of syndrome,.there were five types of syndromes more than 10%,the total proportion is 83%,Veins hurt by wind-heat is 20.3%,Bleeding due to blood-heat is 20.3%,the yin deficiency is 16.1%,Qi failing to control blood is16.1%,moist heat arthralgia spasm is 10.2%,the other type was followed by Qi and Yin deficiency,dampness and hotness obstruction,Qi deficiency blood stasis,gastrointestinal stasis fever,spleen deficiency and dampness,spleen deficiency and dampness and heat of spleen and stomac,congestion,dampness,dampness,evil poison stasis,spleen and kidney deficiency,stomach and intestines stasis,wind and heat clamp,blood heat pinch and blood stasis,Yin deficiency and stasis,Qi Yin and Yin deficiency andstasis.these 16 species account for less than 5%,accounting for 17% of the total.Conclusion:1.The common witness of children allergic purpura is in order:Veins hurt by wind-heat,Bleeding due to blood-heat,the yin deficiency,Qi failing to control blood,moist heat arthralgia spasm.2.Children allergic purpura common cause of disease syndrome:heat fire,qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,wind-heat,endogenous-fire,damp-heat,the Common position syndrome is meridians and collaterals,blood,gas.3.The combination form of common TCM syndrome in children allergic purpura is a single etiological syndrome + single disease syndrome and 2 etiological syndromes + single disease syndrome.
