Objectives:To describe the distribution of sex,age and occupation of patients with tuberculosis(TB)in Jinzhou,Liaoning,and the difference in the content of serum 25-OHVD in TB patients.The correlation between biochemical indexes and serum 25-OHVD levels in TB patients and controls was analyzed.To put forward rationalization proposals for disease prevention,try to provide a scientific basis for the treatment and research of tuberculosis in the future.Methods:A total of 404 TB patients in Jinzhou infectious disease hospital of Liaoning Province in 2017 were selected to the disease group.404 healthy persons in the hospital in 2017 were selected as control group.TB patients and controls were interviewed to record their age,sex and occupation.Blood samples were taken from 2 patients with TB and control group,each 5ml,and the level of human serum 25-OHVD was detected by high performance liquid phase tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC)and the other biochemical indexes were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer.Results:1.The control group consisted of 404 persons,of whom 246 were men,accounting for 61%,the average age was 53 years,158 women accounted for 39%,and the median age was 51 years.Among them,the number of farmers is 93,accounting for 23.02%,children and students are 38,accounting for 9.41%,medical personnel are 68,accounting for 16.83%,ordinary staff are 149,accounting for 36.88%,and the others are 56,and 13.86%.The total number of TB patients was 404,the male 277 accounted for 68.6%,the arithmetic average of age is 57,the female 127 accounted for 31.4%,the arithmetic average of age is 56.Among them,the number of farmers is 291,accounting for 72.03%,children and students accounted for 46,accounting for 11.38%,medical staff is 2,accounting for 0.50%,ordinary staff is 28,accounting for 6.93%,and the other staff is 37,accounting for 9.16%.2.There is no statistically significant difference in the content of 25-OHVD in the healthy population.(t=0.951,p=0.244>0.05).There is no significant difference in the content of 25-OHVD in the TB patients(t=0.502,p=0.619>0.05).There was no significant difference in 25-OHVD content between 10-29,30-59,60 and older groups in healthy people(F=0.561,p=0.816>0.05),There was no significant difference in 25-OHVD content between 10-29 years old,30-59 years old,60 years old and more age groups in TB patients(F=1.383,p=0.252>0.05).3.The difference in 25-OHVD level between healthy people and TB patients was statistically significant.The level of 25-OHVD in healthy people was higher than that of TB patients.The average number of VD in healthy people was 57.3393ng/ml,and the level of VD in TB patients was 29.0302ng/ml.4.There were 25 different biochemical indexes between the healthy people and the TB patients,and the value of P was less than 0.05 by two independent samples t test.There are 6 indexes of the former greater than the latter,and the former is less than the latter is 19.After a regression analysis of 25 difference indices and whether or not TB was developed,in the regression model,11 biochemical indexes were closely related to TB.5.there were 12 indexes related to the level of 25-OHVD in TB patients.By Pearson correlation analysis,the value of P is less than 0.05.There are 3 positive correlations and 9 negative correlation.And the positive correlation was the biochemical index of the patients with different health per capita than those of TB.The negative correlation index was the biochemical index of the patients with different health per capita less than TB.Conclusions:1.There were more men than women in TB,but the median age of men and women was close.For the occupation of the patients with tuberculosis,the majority of rural patients are due to more physical labor in rural areas and weak health knowledge.The rural population should be publicizing of TB knowledge and health education.People engaged in the medical profession have a minority of TB.This is related to their personal protective knowledge and health habits.2.There was no significant difference in the content of 25-OHVD between the healthy people and the male women in the TB patients.The dosage of vitamin D is not required to determine the dosage of the supplement.3.The content of 25-OHVD was in the healthy population or in the TB group,there was no significant difference in 25-OHVD content between different age groups.The dosage of vitamin D does not need to be determined according to age.The correlation between 25-OHVD content and some biochemical indexes in TB patients.We hope to help change the normalization of related biochemical indicators from the perspective of vitamin D supplementation,and provide a basis for future supplementary vitamin D as an adjunct to tuberculosis treatment.5.To sum up the distribution of age,sex and occupation of tuberculosis patients in western Liaoning Province in 2017,and provide the basis for the follow-up study of tuberculosis.And put forward the suggestion of preventing infection of tuberculosis.
