Clinical Observation The Safety And Efficacy Of Combination Oral Contraception YAZ(?)

Objective(s):to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the Combination Oral Contraception in 6 cycles.Including,adverse drug reactions and unplanned pregnancy rates after drug using were observed in the subjects;Cycle control and bleeding patterns(including related bleeding patterns)of the subjects who were evaluated after abortion and non-abortion;the effectiveness of moderate acne vulgaris;the effect on dysmenorrhea.Methods:Choose our hospital between 18 to 45 years old(smokers not more than 35 years of age),It requires healthy Chinese female who have no contraindications of oral contraceptive YAZ(?),and women who had just surgery or drug abortion altogether 42 cases,these included subjects with moderate acne(inflammatory papules or pustules)in 2 cases.28 days is one cycle,each subject all needs to use for 6 cycles,there is no interval between periods,The bleeding volume,bleeding pattern,drug leakage and the occurrence of pregnancy were recorded in the form of diary card.The follow-up visits were conducted 4 times before and after taking medicine,we observed the occurrence of the contraceptive effect and adverse reactions.Results:There were no contraceptive failure in all subjects who took YAZ(?),and the rate of accidental pregnancy was 0%.During the trial period,the number of days and times of bleeding or intravenous bleeding of the subjects and the number of days and times of bleeding were gradually decreased.During the follow-up visits in 6 cycles,compare with before use,the body mass of subjects showed a downward trend,the average decrease was 0.35kg;the symptoms of the subjects with dysmenorrhea were significantly reduced;subjects with moderate acne were significantly curative.A total of 14 subjects were subjected to various adverse reactions including bleeding during menstruation,chest tightness,and facial ministry;but all the subjects taken gynecological examination and breast palpation inspection there were no obvious abnormal.Conclusion(s):YAZ(?)has good contraceptive effect.The time is extended with the use of YAZ(?),the bleeding and bleeding duration of the user has decreased significantly.YAZ(?)has obvious relief effect to dysmenorrhea symptom.There was a significant improvement and reduction in the total number of skin lesions in patients with moderate acne vulgaris who had contraceptive requirements.The body mass and body mass index of subjects can be reduced.
